No opportunity available at the half, for a moment it looked like the Bulls might pull within single digits, which would have set me up for an investment play on the Magic. No such luck, so I'll pass.

Small play:

Boston/Miami Under 95.5 (2nd half) (.5)

This play never went through for some reason. Just checked the account and there is no record of it. Only .5, so really didn't matter one way or other. But no record of it, which I guess is good. :103631605

I missed all the late plays, I will be rooting for you on Portland. I was actually the other way on the Lakers / Houston game.

Happy that I posted the late plays close to tip, as they were difficult to follow. Those who played, only the original 3 as a result, would have come up about 2 units for the night. Disappointed with my Blazers pick. Loose play, on my part. Had a hunch that the Mavs may pull of the upset. Suns may have woke up a giant. Well, not a giant, ha...but a dangerous team, for sure. With Nowitzki, leading the charge, and Howard and Terry to complement, the Mavs can be a formidable opponent in the West. Should be interesting to see if they can play to some level of consistency down the stretch. They have the talent to compete, so long as they can play consistent basketball. That's also the trouble with betting the Mavericks, the level of ball they will play to, will more often than not be a mystery to both fans and bettors alike, which makes it rather difficult to predict a winner, for our purposes. Some teams are like that, in that sense. Worth noting, especially down the stretch, where some outcomes become more and more unpredictable. Looking forward to the short day tomorrow. Hope everyone had a profitable night.

Action play:

Phoenix Suns +4.5 (3.5)

Posted too late to get down again. I know you can post whenever you choose, but this get frustrating. I know your good and I want to tail, but many of your plays are released right at tip-off or a few minutes after. Of course it will be a winner. Thanks anyway for your efforts and good luck.

Fwiw, I intentionally posted the plays so close to tip, to make them difficult to follow. In a slump the last few days, and thought it would be best this way. GL to you the rest of the season..

Do what you will, but you might want to consider dropping all your plays to minimal .5 unit plays until you get on a win streak again. I have read that is the best way to recover from the times when we can't pick a winner to save our lives. I personally have been playing obvious teasers very small the last two nights. Last night played Lakers and the over in 4pter, tonight played Orlando and Boston in a 4pter. Either way you go GL NumberZ.

I also hope you are not picking games on the fly after seeing your early picks lost, that is a sure way to tilt your money down the drain. If it didn't look good at 1pm it shouldn't be touchable at 7pm IMO.

I know you are a pro, just giving you friendly reminders on stuff you no doubt already know, so please don't take any of it the wrong way.
