OK Wil, there are two instances of his record-fudging. Just spoke with Budworth and he reminded me that one of the instances was past posting(on April 12th)...coincidentally, both plays on that day won. To be fair, he mentioned that the Bulls were losing by 10 when he posted, but given his history, does that really matter? And rules are rules. That mistake did not get attended to, for the record. They were allowed. I'm not sure why.
Regardless, I think my point has been made with the original two.
Given his latest warning, is it now fair to say that the new RX Tracker Forum policy is four strikes and you're out? And is it still your official position that these were just honest mistakes, Wil? Please speak with RobFunk and get back to me, because he told me that he felt that gyno was trying to deceive him in conversations we had in the past. But maybe his feelings have changed.

Past posting and trying to get away with it are one thing but to admit you are losing by 10 while maybe against the rules per se is far from cheating or decieving.
Your point is far from made and I still believe there is much more behind this than a few Tracker Forum errors.
I admit it the Tracker Forum and The Rx. in general is far from perfect as am I, but this is not an exact science. Posters come in all different types and it is imposible to correct everything everytime. Gyne admitted the Bulls were losing by 10 but he still wanted them. Not right but again there is no intent to decieve The Rx. or the posting body in general.
Keeping all the records involved is a very time consuming job that Rob does with zero complaints. I am very happy with the job he is doing there in spite of your complaints about him.

Romanowski, that is very true and The Rx. mod team (TTinCO especially) worked very hard with Gyne to get him to tone down his posting and become a valuable and reasonable contributer. He was placed on Post Review twice for acting out. These attacks on him only make it that much harder to keep him posting here.
