i've never spent my time tracking people's records so i really don't know if gynecologist's records are accurate. I do know for a fact he wins because I have played all his picks all season and i'm up quite a lot. Gynecologist is my friend so of course it pains me to see people give him such a hard time.

Skinsraj, i'm really impressed with your work as a capper. you obviously are a winning nba handicapper. I tried tailing your picks but the only problem i had was that I could never come close to getting the numbers you got them at. You mention the thread where gynecologist questioned this and how he got shot down by other posters. I remember that thread and i think there were others who had the same sentiments as gyn (myself included). Because of the way you post your plays i'm guessing you post to gain respect as a capper. I think gynecologist does this so he can help people win. I've hardly ever had a problem getting the numbers gynecologist gets because he seems to post right after he places the bet, unlike you.

As I stated numerous times in my threads, I played a lot of overnights and used Skybook's free 1/2. The first time someone voiced their concern over it being tough to get the same #, I started to post my plays as soon as I bet them instead of waiting till the next day when I had all of my card done.

And actually, in that thread that you and I referred to, gyno was the only one who made that claim. But I wish you would have voiced your concern much earlier in the season.

At any rate, the problem was addressed as soon as it was brought up. Unfortunately, that isn't the case here. I blame the mods just as much, if not more, as I do gyno.

Please try to sift through the BS...I posted on the 2nd page, so skip to there(I'm sure you're all familiar with the issue), and read the subsequent posts through to the end. Feel free to respond either in this thread, that thread, or email me; either way is fine by me. But I would appreciate some type of response to my questions. Thank you.

In case you don't want to sift through the whole thread, I'll try to recap my question:

How many times is a poster allowed to attempt to deceive the RX and its posters before any action, even a slap on the wrist, is taken? How many "accidental miscalculations" is one allowed to commit before the RX even considers the possibility that the poster is trying to get away with something? What line must be crossed, or does that line even exist? What must happen before you even think about considering the fact that the integrity of the tracker forum, and the website as a whole, might be compromised?

Thanks.

Skins...I do not know the exact answer to your question maybe a mod that tracks plays or works the tracker forums can chime in

but I DO KNOW that whatever is posted in the Rubberroom nobody takes Seriously ...that is why it ended up in the RR

the RR is for the garbage posts and bullshit...nothing down there should be taken seriously

Thanks for the response, Dante.

I've already spoken with RobFunk, but I think this question could be better answered by Wil, to be honest.

As for the RR thread...I suggest you actually take the time to read it. There's a lot of flaming in that thread, sure, but there are also a lot of valid posts.

I didn't flame at all in that thread. So feel free to just read mine if you want to avoid the bickering. I was being dead serious down there.

Hey...here is a question about the mistakes. Everyone makes mistakes at times. I would double check to avoid this in the future. HOWEVER, the question of honesty and stuff have come up here and I don't want to get involved so much.

Just one question: Were the mistakes (however many but definitely more than three we can all agree) all in Gyno's favor? All of them? Were there mistakes that made his record worse? There lies the answer to how honest he was being and how being 'high' caused him to screw up the results. I don't know the answer but if they were mistakes then some of them should have been 'against' his record rather than 'for' his record. That is all I have to say about that. tulsa

There were at least 4 that me and skinsraj remember, all in his favor. We kinda stopped keeping track after repeatedly nothing was done about it.

And you still haven't addressed my question: how come out of all your "mistakes" in the tracker forum, none of them were on wins? How come all of the mistakes were either omitted losses or miscalculations on how many units you lost on a game? You somehow never failed to correctly calculate your wins. Do you concentrate harder on doing math when you win? Just wondering.

Purely coincidental. I just have bad luck or something, I wish
I would of made a mistake with one winning play. It may look bad
but I think it is understandable. Record is accurate.

So to answer your question Tulsa, no, none of the mistakes occured on WINNING plays. Only losing ones. Apparently it was merely coincidental. Draw your own conclusions.

I've already spoken at length about this issue with RobFunk...I'd actually really like your opinion on the matter, if it's not too much trouble.

Unless RobFunk is the authority on the Tracker Forum, and makes all final decisions on posters and whether or not to allow them to post in there? I assumed he wasn't, seeing as how both Journeyman and TTinCO made edits on the "mistakes" in question.

Tracker forum decisions are strickly Robfunk's call. I very rarely get involved there.
