Yeah...let's just discount the previous 14 he has won....

Torrey Pines has its easier courses and I think they use the north and south sides...think the north is the toughest of the two....

Bay Hills is tough but there are others out there that are more difficult....

Tiger has won 50% of the events on tour this year already...you know anybody else that has done this ever at this early stage of the season?

Nobody is discounting the other 14 he won back in the day, just like we aren't discounting Jack's 18 majors

Kuchar has never won a Major and I expect Grahm McDowell to play well....but deep down inside I want to see a Sergio/Tiger dual down the strech....

I want to see Sergio and Tiger as well. But this being the first tourn in the US for Sergio since the "fried chicken" remark, I doubt that happens. If Philly fans show Sergio the treatment I think they will, I'd be suprised if Sergio plays the weekend......plus tiger is def making sergio sit in his own shit. Be funny to be a bug on the wall when and if Sergio apologizes

I want to see SubMergio and Tiger paired up in the first two rounds...Throw Mickelson in there too. It would be a TV worthy hate fest

Maybe its me, but I don't quite see hate between Phil and Tiger... I think there is mutual respect there and Phil usually says good things about Tiger in the press room....I'm sure there was tension & etc earlier in there careers, but think its fizzeld out....

I disagree. I think they both at the very least have a strong disdain for one another. But unlike that idiot Garcia, Phil isn't going to express his dislike for anybody in public. He's much classier than that. In the few times that I've seen these two paired up, it's very obvious that they don't care to be in each other's company. When they walk down the fairway they couldn't walk any further apart from each other without being outside the ropes. And their pairing in the 2004 Ryder Cup was an absolute disaster. I guarantee you Tiger could care less about being his friend. But that goes for pretty much everybody else on the tour too. I don't see Tiger as having many close friends, if any. I'm not even sure about O'Meara anymore. If it's any consolation to Phil, I think Tiger hates Vijay Singh even more. But nobody likes Vijay anyway. Garcia is another story. I think he's just a fly on the wall to Tiger. He's not even worthy of more than a one word comment. I'm sure Tiger at least respects Phil. I don't think he even gives SubMergio a second thought. Which bothers Garcia to no end.

I was going to say the same thing about phil and tiger. they are professionals and know how to handle themselves to the media. sergio does not........Tiger and Omeara still talk. Pretty sure Tigers best friend in the golf world is Notah Begay, John Cook is another one. Of the old timers, Billy Casper and Tiger have the best relationship.

Id love to be a part of that group. I don't know nor care how any of y'all play, but VD and I are automatically on a team since we are Tiger fans. Lets make this happen in Thailand with some female caddies also.........in all seriousness VD, from the looks of things you travel a hell of a lot. Im in ft worth. Red eye has a daughter in Dallas. GoSooners and I are a few hours apart. It could happen if the cards fell right........I was hoping to meet up with red eye a few weeks ago, but my schedule pretty much blows right now as far as free time goes. With advance notice, I can pretty much make anything happen though

My daughter went to high school in Dallas but lives and works in New York City but the ex still lives in Dallas....used to fly through there many times in the past but during the last few years do not...think we might have a better chance to meet up in Vegas but if I ever come through Dallas again, I will give you a heads up....

2004 was quite sometime ago.. Those were tension times between the two.. My comments, was I think things have thawed.. Never suggested they were friends.. Even then when Tiger is paired up with Phil, he's not fucking around and playing grab ass with Phil.. Tiger knows Phil can play with him head to head, so he has to focus...
