What about General Mills? They have had a family image for years, if Tiger gets involved in a public, sticky domestic issue (s) and turns out he's not this pure, family guy that the media tries to force down our throats, and has more skeletons in his closet then anyone could imagine (and I think he does), do you think General Mills would keep him on?

Right now Phil Knight is tossing and turning in his Oregon bed, praying to whatever god he prays to that this Tiger thing doesn't spin into a a public relations nightmare.

Cut me a break, it was posted before 8AM and I was up at 4:30 because of a 'dancing' Jack Russell on my bed.

Sherlock here. He was not drunk and this was obviously an impulsive suicide attempt. Tiger and wife were arguing over one of his mistresses who stupidly decided to go public, after Tiger told the mistress he was not leaving his wife for her. Wife said she had enough, Tiger pleaded with wife and in a Diva,'nobody understands me' moment decided to get all dramatic and drove in to a tree.

Happens all the time when guys get caught, its either a huge I love you baby ring or a dramatic suicide attempt to get the wife to forgive them.

To say that sponsors will drop Tiger if he gets charged with a misdemeanor DUI is beyond absurd. Yes, let's drop one of, if not the most popular athlete in the world and lose the countless millions he makes us. Smart move...

According to a witness, Tiger had a cut on his lower lip when emergency responders and witnesses arrived. The wound was bloody.

Tiger was wearing shorts, a t-shirt and no shoes. It's illegal in Florida to drive without shoes.

Tiger was lying on the ground unconscious when EMT workers arrived. They used "pain stimulus" -- a method where pressure is applied on an unconscious person to make them alert -- but Tiger only briefly opened his eyes and then lost consciousness.

We're told EMTs asked Tiger's wife, Elin Nordegren, if Tiger was taking any medications. She went in the house and brought out two pill bottles. She said she did not know when he had last taken the meds.

Elin was extremely upset and was told twice by paramedics to stand back while they tended to her husband.
