look at the libtard circle jerk, can't stand the fact that I called it to a T

and there was no vote by the owners, a very key component the scum of this earth need to ignore

and I didn't call Sterling a winner or a loser, I leave that for the mental midgets like the scum of this forum, I merely told you how it was going to play out, and it played out that way. Sorry bitches

since this thread is now in the RR, I can call scum scum, and scum missed badly on a very key point. It happened faster than I thought, but otherwise unfolded exactly as I predicted

scum thought there was going to be some NBA grandstanding and Sterling would be thrown to the curbside by the owners, does anyone besides scum's libtard posse concur that's what happened?

fucking mental midgets think being offered 2 billion fucking dollars is irrelevant, you can't make up their ignorance, they're that fucking stupid

Lets look at what happened

2.5 mil fine don't know if this is paid yet passed deadline

Lifetime ban check

Voted out of league didn't happen

NBA said he or his wife couldn't sell the team fail they are selling it to who they want

He did sue the league then withdrew it

Their was a lot of legal work on both sides check

So really you all lost as no one hit this parlay

but my parlay was side action, I lost on the over / under for time frame (didn't think 1 dude would throw 2 billion dollars out there)

I loaded up on Sterling being bought out on favorable terms (although I'll concede I had no idea it would be 2 billion fucking dollars)

and my second biggest straight up wager was "no vote", thus "no litigation"

PS: somebody please tell me the money didn't matter again, I need another laugh at your expense

You can laugh at me but another 2 billion isn't going to affect his life in anyway. Not saying it doesn't matter, I'm sure he's happy to have it, but I guarantee he'd trade the 2 billion for Clippers in a heartbeat. If you ever been around guys worth Sterling kind of money you know they all love having cool shit that their other rich buddies don't and nothing is more exclusive than owning an NBA franchise. He was one of 30 majority owners in the world. 2 billion is nice but no chance he'd chose it over owning the team.

You're literally one of the dumbest posters on this site. Sterling was not looking to sell his team ever. He was forced to and gave up the fight because he knew he would lose. So they rushed to sell it according to the NBA's timeframe, because they were the NBA's bitch. Shelly tried to keep a piece, NBA said "fuck that, you sell the whole team or we will sell it for you".

The fact you think Sterling chose to sell the team on "favorable terms" is absolutely hilarious. Because first off you have no clue how much the team would sell for if he chose to sell it on his own without the situation, second off and I don't know how you still can't understand this... he didn't want to sell the fucking team, lol.

Just Wrong Way doing what he does. Kid is unraveling lately. I've seen him go thru some mental breakdowns but this could be his worst ever.

Poker fraud vitterd better hope this thread doesn't get moved again into the poly forum, or that will be yet another violation of his bet.

So sorry, I didn't mean for that to happen! It's all Ace's fault!

Everyone knows Joe has no chance in life and is a real life whack job. He's been caught numerous times making up fake quotes that no one said, now he will just blatantly lie about you posting in the Poly forum.

It just brings nonstop laughs watching Willie team up with Sheriff Joe to attack me, lol. Just the fact he thinks it's a smart move to agree with Joe tells me the guy has lost all hope. All because he lost his election predictions and blamed it on minorities. Just couldn't keep his racism held in long enough.

C'mon man, 2 billion dollars buys a lot of toys, and I know he loved owning the Clippers too. at the end of the day the parties found a way for him to bow out gracefully and avoid an ugly bloodbath

just curious, how many billionaires have you hung out with?

Sure it buys a ton of toys, but toys that almost everyone else in their social group have. How many gulfstreams do you need? How many yachts? There are only 30 majority owners in the NBA, there are thousands of guys with jets and 10 houses. How many Americans know who Mark Cuban is? How many know who Carl Icahn or Jim Walton are? The idea of being an NBA owner goes beyond just being rich. It's a status deal. I don't personally know any billionaires, but I know a couple guys in the 500 million range. Like I said you can laugh at me, say I am lying or whatever but that's my opinion based on my experiences.

Mantis, I think the guy is too old and senile to care one way or another.

Mark Cuban would have fought, and won.

That's certainly possible. Basically, by indemnifying the NBA, Shelly made it impossible for Donald to fight the sale. Essentially, Donald would have been suing himself.

The NBA is very fortunate the senile old fart didn't control of his estate anymore. His wife had him evaluated by doctors to determine if he was mentally competent to remain serving as one of the co-trustees. Once that was done, all that was left was the paperwork. It's like a power of attorney - if you sign one, your family can totally screw you.

It's not just the Clippers, Donald Sterling has no control over his estate.

To say the guy got screwed is a major understatement.

Any other owner and the whole thing would have gotten extremely nasty for the NBA.
