Ghana is getting faded to advance. I find it perplexing that Portg is the favorite in the game. Ghana was +400 to advance on Monday, +450 yest, +550 now.
Germany went from -137 ML to -172 now. Two contradictory outcomes. I can see USA losing and Ghana unable to get better than a tie vs Portg.

I'm not buying the drama surrounding Ghana, Muntari was already out and Boateng is a head case that was being fazed out anyway. Portugal is a mess and will need to push forward in an attempt to score leaving an already suspect back line incredibly vulnerable. Ghana outplayed both the US and Germany and is very unfortunate to be sitting at one point. I hate to say it, but I think Ghana sticks it to the US again.

Tactical sides like Germany can shred the US defense and I expect an early strike from Germany to magnify the pressure on the US.

The stuff I've read says their coach has a dysfunctional system and is not properly utilizing their talents. Seems that way when I watch them play.
Would much rather face Belgium than Algeria, Argentina, Dutch, Brazil, France, Colombia, Germany, etc. The only exception is Costa Rica.

Would agree from what I saw in all the first halves of their games, but they seemed to get it together in the 2nd half of all games. And it almost seemed as if they were getting more chances in the first halves, just capitalizing more in the 2nd halves.
Still, don't really get everyone talking about how strong they've been looking. We'll find out soon, I guess. Go USA.
