Um, So, the police texted the owner of the house telling him there is a police officer living in the neighborhood

And, (be ready to get YOUR facts straight) McMichaels was not a "police officer," but a retired investigator for the DA's office.

And, he had lost his badge TWICE during his career for negligently not keeping up to date with his state-mandated training. He actually worked for eight straight years without being certified.

Gee, I wonder if his background is relevant in you world?

You're being obtuse in thinking that convicted felon was out for a casual jog, and entered the house looking for water... lol

You should probably get out of this thread. You are in over your head and getting exposed.

Because you say so? Rofl.

So, tell me. Do you think Arbery was just out jogging?

Yes, I think he was out jogging. I’ve read stories that indicate he was well-known to jog through the neighborhood. He was dressed for jogging. He is on video jogging. Jogging is something people do. Occam’s Razor applies, for me.

Ask yourself this: How did he get there? How far away does he live? Did the cops find his car nearby?

Kind of similar to saying the guy had a good reason to be in the house that was under construction and people routinely go into those kinds of houses across the U.S. right?

You are putting words in my mouth with “good reason.” That’s disingenuous, again.

I have said it is common. I have said it is the misdemeanor crime of trespass. I have said it is more likely explained by curiosity than criminal intent. I stand by what I have said.

Random people walking into houses that don't belong to them is not "common." I'm not sure where you get that idea.

Do you actually think about what you are saying before you say it? They are shorts regardless of what type.

He will ignore all the other evidence of jogging and make up his mind based on Arbery’s choice of shorts.

We'll see how it plays out. I'm skeptical he was just jogging. Hopefully justice will prevail.

Tragic story regardless.

I have a feeling you're about 100 pounds overweight and never run in your life. You don't run in cargo shorts. Name the last time you saw that. I'll wait.

See this is a civil respectful reply to a post...

And I can agree also I am skeptical he was out jogging myself...

I see enfugo though does not have the common sense you possess...

He is in here trying to argue every single little detail he can...just for the sake of arguing...it’s sad.

I will also say to him...he must not see many houses under construction because it is absolutely common for people who the property does not belong too, to go in and check it out. They are building in my neighborhood and I myself on my daily walks have gone in plenty as have others I have witnessed numerous times. It happens ALL THE TIME. And sure it is not common place for someone to go jogging in cargo shorts but with you not picking way of thinking it is absolutely possible.

Fact is non of us can prove he was or was not out jogging or in the house for good or no good...It’s all just opinions.

It really doesn’t matter if he was jogging or not. His intent does not matter as long as his intent wasn’t to cause harm on anyone. And from the looks of it....it wasn’t.

Unless his intent was to run around and shoot guns into peoples homes or running around threatening people, there isn’t anything you can say to justify him being murdered.

They were wannabe robocops. Racist turds. They hated their own shit out their ass because it wasn’t white.

Even if he was stealing from this construction site(he wasnt) you still don’t have right to hunt him down and murder him.

Now they will have to deal with Big Tyrone in prison. He’s going to make those two cupcakes his bitches.
