I already posted the court cases where it could be legally relevant. But I'm not going to take the time to explain it to you. Douche

And here is dipshitZit doubling-down on his “point” that he now denies.

How about you take the time to explain it to me, instead of just walking away from it like you want to?

Wow, don't you have your panties in a wad, screaming out calling me a liar.

Sigh. I'm not a lawyer, but from what I've read it seems pretty clear that there are cases where previous convictions can be admitted into court. I'm not denying anything I said, so you can pull your panties out of your vagina.

Here is dipshitZit NOT, I REPEAT NOT, arguing Arbery’s prior arrests should be admitted in court.

Again, it was NOT his point.

If you weren't in such a hurry to try and twist my words, you would have noticed that I said that the US has a minority position on this issue compared to other countries, and that ai think our laws should be changed to allow previous convictions like other countries do.

Idiot.

enfugo is by far the biggest lying flip flopping looney this site has ever seen.

I'm surprised you have an original thought and aren't just quoting a mob post for once in your life.

Respect the man in your avatar Stock. You dishonor him each day.

What it would be to live in Mac's world. To change ones mind is to flip flop. To walk into a under construction house that's not yours is not a crime and to hope for the success of our sitting President so we all prosper is horrible. What a life.

You don't represent the man in your avatar with respect at all. He'd be sad you use his photo.

I can live with that...I did not know him personally...so whatever.

You on the other hand are an embarrassment to yourself daily...I wouldn't be able to live with that...but that is you.

I have always said entering a house under construction is a crime. A misdemeanor trespass, but still a crime.

Remember my driveway analogy? Sure you do. Now stop lying about what I have said.
