That is another thing Colin talked about. Bill Parcels and Tom Coughlin were successful and the three coaches since Tom have been disastrous. All three were hired coordinators no head coaching experience. Flores is from Brooklyn emulates Bill and Tom. And we all know those two were my way or the highway.
