Now about this Flores situation...I wouldn't be surprised if there's a lot of shady shit going on regarding tanking.

I for one would be very interested in the DISCOVERY part of the case where each side's evidence is revealed.
Does Flores have receipts? Emails/texts/voice recordings? What, if anything, does he have up his sleeve?
Or does this end up being a frivolous case? I work in Law. It's easy to find a lawyer to take up any old case, whether you have one or not. A more experienced/established Lawyer with integrity won't take one on that he knows he will lose for sure. I wouldn't.
But this is America, cheap, easy lawyers with cheap suits are a dime a dozen. I'm interested to know who he hired.

There just isn’t much of a connection with former players coaching. So 2/3rds of players being black is meaningless. If anything, having a long career probably puts you behind the 8 ball for experience. Most of the modern coaches start gaining experience in their 20s.

Yeah, it just isn't the same skillset. Obviously there can be many good black coaches but the idea they are gonna be more than 13% of NFL coaches (3-5ish) on average just doesn't make sense.
In the past yeah owners could be discriminatory against black candidates, now all these teams are run by billionaires who hire tens of thousands of minorities in their other businesses. Many in managerial roles. This is a rehashed issue out of 2003.

Some of these guys may be hit or miss, but they all started young and worked their way up. And they're all probably pretty smart dudes because this is a job that requires an incredible amount of intellect now.
Some former player like Bienemy goes into an interview and it is probably night and day compared to these guys.

Since superbowl 45, Tomlin has only won 3 playoff games in 11 years. Including losses to Tebowmania. Mayfield and Bortles. 2 of those 3 wins were in 2016 when Ben, AB, Bell were all their primes. Over Dolphins lone playoff team with Tannehill and the Chiefs.
