What exactly are you bringing to the table in Brian Flores defense.?There are no head coaches of color in the NHL yes hockey and there aren’t enough minority coaches in the pipeline to realistically introduce an affirmative action-style”Rooney rule” to make sure qualified coaches get exposure.Most minority coaching opportunities have come in the crease.
