Obviously NFL has actually tried to hire more blacks as well, I wonder what their next move even would be. Short of going with straight affirmative action quotas, you're just not going to get a big spike in black coaches.

Every situation is different but could be smart to fade some of these hires win totals immediately if you get people who just aren't qualified but need to shut the media/woke brigade up.
