I do recall the start of that season the Dolphins were hideous and everywhere you read they were tanking and expected to go 0-16. They traded away their young talented players for draft picks. But Flores inspired that scrub team and were deemed competitive and played with fire. But it was called "Tanking for Tua" as he was more heralded than Herbert at that time.
