What happens when the officer is on the ground and incapacitated? Does anyone really think is life is not in jeopardy? I don't think anyone here would want to be that officer and trust that kind, innocent and loving young man would just walk away

Hadn't the suspect already shot the taser and missed? I am pretty sure you only get one shot with those. Also not sure the taser would have had much of an effect at that range and through the officers vest. This instance is in no way black and white(no pun intended) but one would like to see our officers deescalate situations instead of this occurring.

These instances that continue to end up in death are over small crimes or basically handing out tickets for the incidents.
