Why does the fact that he was black matter? I would have felt that the person got the bullets they deserved whether they were black, white, asian, latin, jewish. Violently resisting arrest (and he wasn't doing nothing, he was clearly being arrested for dui), violently tackling and punching the police officer in the face/head, stole the taser from the cop and then attempted (I don't care if it was a feeble attempt) to tase the police. This is not a black issue. This has to do with how you behave when confronted by enforcement and clearly this guy fucked up. I am tired of second guessing the police, tying their hands to the point that they have to wait until the suspect kills them before they can respond. Fuck that, don't fight back and this guy is alive today. Good riddance to this piece of shit. By the way, I haven't seen his criminal record yet. Real journalists would already have published it. If this were Florida, I could get it for you in a minute.

[FONT="]After another arrives and the man admits to not remembering falling asleep in the drive through that's only a few feet away they ask him to step out. Everything is polite and respectful. After the man is substantially above the legal limit for driving drunk, the officers peacefully and respectfully begin to take the man in custody like they do all DUIs today. Then out of the blue, the drunk violently attacks the police officers and steals a potentially deadly weapon from them and tries to fire a taser at one of the officers. Then the drunk tries to fee with the weapon.”
