Although there are not many books on baseball handicapping, there is one by the late Mike Lee, who was a professional gambler called:

Betting The Bases by Mike Lee.

It is inexpensive and can be purchased from:

www.gamblersbook.com

Click on baseball on the main menu on the left side of the home page and it will take you there. It is Item: 062313

You can read about what's in the book by putting your cursor over the picture of the book at clicking it. Hope this helps. It's a good read and not too long.

Hi, I would like to learn more about the mathematical side of capping games. Where can I go to learn how to run numbers , and to come up with my own numbers for what the line should be? I am very interested in learning how to develop a system

First of all, welcome to the RX. To answer your question, there are various books on making your own line. I suggest you visit the following site and give the store a call. It is the largest gambling bookstore anywhere.

Animated Avatar Help

Good early Tuesday morning, Old Man Ted! :howdy:

I realize I am far from being a "newbie," but I just wanted to make sure you received my email last night regarding my request for help in getting an animated avatar.

I sent you an email to oldmanted@therx.com and attached an animated GIF which I would like to be placed in my profile. Many Rx members have animated avatars, and I would like to have one as well if it is permissable.

If avatar matters are not within the scope of your Moderator duties here at the Rx, can you please forward that email I sent you to the appropriate Moderator who handles technical matters such as those? It would be greatly appreciated.

As I stated in my email to you, I genuinely marvel at all the hard work and dedication you provide the Rx on a daily basis. It's individuals such as yourself that make the Rx the premiere sports handicapping website on the entire internet - bar none! @):)

Thanks again for taking the time to read this as well as my email.

Have a great day! (<)<

I received your e-mail request and forwarded it to our Head Moderator Wilheim at wilheim@therx.com. Either he will handle it himself or have one of our other mods assist.

You were on Post Review which is a common practice when we have a new registered member. I have removed you from PR so there should no longer be a delay and your PM feature should be active.
