Bills put themselves in a huge hole and the schedule is brutal but if they do make the playoffs, no one wants to play them.

Buf can still beat anyone. They would be favored over KC on a neutral field. KC -1.5 in KC. Buf has some big time injuries in White, Milano and Jones. Even with the injuries, if Allen's on, Buf scores at will and can take down anyone.
They also can lose to anyone

They are overall still a middle of the pack team, and for a reason

They’re not any more dangerous than anyone else IMO

Very possible they lay an egg in the playoffs again. They’re not well coached and rely on a quarterback who CAN be great but also is very error prone

The Dolphins lost by 4 TDs to Buf, they lost by 2 TDs to Philly. Last week it took a 59 yd FG for the Eagles to beat Buf. On a neutral field Buf may still be favored over Mia. If you put any pressure on Tua in the A and B gaps, the Dolphins have problems scoring.

Mia has a ton more talent with Ramsey back. Buf has a lot of injuries on defense. Even with all of that the oddsmakers would favor Mia by less than 3 in Miami if played today.

The biggest loss by Buff was 6 points. Add up the points to all of Buf losses and it doesn't add up to the 28 that Buf beat up Mia by. Ignore W/L record when handicapping.

Buf 2-6 in one score games. All 6 pts or less. Flip that around and they are 10-2.

My power poll ATS would look like this.

1. SF
2. Dallas
3. Buf
4. KC
5. Bal
6. Philly
7. Mia

I get it. Buffalo wins a couple games by ass blasting opponents in the season and their point differential is awesome

This year it’s Miami, Vegas, Washington, and the Jets. Run up the score when they’re ahead — they’re great at that shit

Same shit every year. There’s a reason they lose close games. It’s not just variance or bad luck

Bengals game probably should’ve been double digits as well but they got that late touchdown

They also lost to Broncos at home and Patriots this year. And should have lost to the Giants at home with Tyrod Taylor

They’re a mediocre team at the end of the day, not worthy of being treated like a contender

They are the NFL's most dangerous and best team under those circumstances.

Allen will probably ragdoll the Chiefs this weekend.

Had they pulled the trigger on Dorsey earlier, they wouldn't be in this massive hole and be cruising right now as the favorite to win the SB.

LOL

Dude you said yourself the Bills are a shit storm like yesterday

Now suddenly if they sneak in they're gonna wreak havoc

Last time they were in the playoffs they nearly lost to Skylar Thompson then got boatraced by Cincinnati

This team is overrated as hell. The books have overrated them for a while now, as do most power rankings

They have issues unrelated to football. Allen also is fighting (off the field) demons. That's all I'm going to say.

Von Miller drama just adds fuel to the fire. Again, non-football.

Had Brady been in place a month ago, they'd be cruising right now. He's got Allen firing on all cylinders, and coming off the bye he will be even better.

The reason the PR ratings still rank them so high is they are still the NFL's most explosive offensive team when they're on.

No spin, just facts.

"When they're on"

Newsflash, they're hardly ever on LOL

They peaked in Week 4

They lose to KC, they are done

Yes, of course.

You're right and all the stats/rankings are wrong.

They haven't peaked.

If they figure it out (which they appear to be doing under Brady), they are the NFL's most explosive and dangerous team. And of course by "they", I mean Josh Allen.

Stats/rankings aren't the end all be all

The Bills rank ahead of all of those contenders at losing games

They are 6-6 for a reason

They are not contenders, period.

Every loss has been less than a TD, usually on the last drive of the game.

You're pretending like they're getting blown out - simply not the case.

They have the talent, they just need to (mentally) figure it out.

That's why all the stats/rankings are right and Avo is wrong...as per the norm.

Amount of points they're losing by doesn't really matter, especially considering they lost at home to the Broncos in a bounce back spot in a game they should've lost by more, and lost to Mac Jones

Also should've lost to Tyrod Taylor at home. Couldn't score until the 4th quarter of that game

They actively find ways to lose games, which matters

Wins and losses actually matter, go figure

They dummied the Dolphins and gave the Eagles all they could handle.

They are one of the top teams.

There's a reason why they fired Ken Dorsey...perhaps too little, too late.

Chiefs (which you acknowledge to be contenders) are barely favorites at home this weekend - I suppose Vegas is wrong as well? Opened at 2.5, already 1.5.

Good luck with your "Lock of the Week" - you're gonna need it!

Dude everyone gives the Eagles all they can handle. The Eagles have been barely winning the entire season. Outgained by 100+ yards in 5 straight games. That doesn't make the Bills special

The Bills are a shit show dude -- you even said so yourself. I guess "moral victories" are a Bills thing

"Oh they would've won if not for 13 seconds!" "Oh they almost beat the Eagles" -- it's so pathetic

Vegas has been wrong about the Bills for a while. After their game against the Dolphins, they didn't cover a number for a month and a half.

What's my "lock of the week?"

Buffalo has won 1 game on the road this year - beating up on a crappy Washington team

If they somehow sneak in they are gonna be away from home the whole time
