That's why they fired Ken Dorsey and Brady will be HC next season. Probably..

The way you're going on, your "Lock of the Week" is obviously the Chiefs.

A contender playing a non-contender (according to your distorted reasoning) is only 1.5 pts at home?

So then, bet the house on the Chiefs! Easy money!

Bills play the Chiefs tough..........in the regular season

Big picture, Chiefs will go further than the Bills regardless of the outcome of this game

Chiefs are a contender, Bills are not.

This game determines if Bills should just tank or not for the rest of the season. Nothing more, nothing less

A non-contender wouldn't be a PK'em on the road against the Chiefs.

They just wouldn't.

Regardless of your emotionally-driven biases, if this were a playoff game, the line would be similar.

The stats/rankings and odds are right and you're obviously wrong.

Were the odds right when Buffalo was -6 against the Bengals in the playoffs?

Bills were favored in the look ahead line against the Bengals this year, yet needed a late touchdown and two pointer to make the score look respectable

Were the odds right when Buffalo couldn’t cover a game for 6 weeks?

Buffalo is overvalued by sports books. It is what it is

Who cares what the “line would be”?

Football games are decided on the field, not by projections and hypotheticals

Frankly if Chiefs were just -1.5 at Arrowhead in playoff game, I’d be very happy

Stats/rankings aren't projections or hypotheticals.

Their 6-6 record is misleading, and the stats/rankings/odds prove it.

"Josh Allen could win a SuperBowl this season" - Tony Romo

Not hyperbole, especially now under Brady.

Vegas doesn’t determine who wins a game. A line is literally based on a projection, and you can make hypothetical lines for any match up

Their 6-6 record is what they are. Results matter. It’s the only thing that matters

Just hilarious to see you have faith in this team suddenly after ragging on them so much in the Bengals thread

Of course I ragged on them and many of your criticisms have merit.

Doubling-up the Dolphins but then giving up 29 pts to the gawdawful Pats (who haven't scored over 20 all season) is maddening.

I get it.

What I'm saying is, even with all their injuries and drama, they're just as talented and good as the other contenders.

And the stats/rankings (past performance) and odds (projected performance) agree with me.

Who cares what they “can” do?

They’re not going to do it!

That’s the bottom line

Then bet the house on the Chiefs if you're so confident.

3/4 of their top D are hurt. No team can sustain those losses.

The bye will do them wonders.

If they can get healthy and sneak into the playoffs, they will be a force to be reckoned with.

Romo knows it, I know it and you know it too.

Is their defense suddenly healthy

They’ve had games where the defense held up fine but the offense suckdd

Broncos, Giants, Bengals games all perfect examples. Their defense hung in there, but their offense let them down

If this was a playoff game I’d bet my largest wager of the year on the Chiefs. In this spot, lean Chiefs but not sure if I’ll wager

I pick every game ATS in that thread so we’ll see

Fair.

Under Dorsey, not Brady.

Brady calls a much better game.

You say that Buf has no shot to beat Mia and Mia wouldn't even be the favorite in the game and Buf won the first game 48-20. Think about it.

When did I say Buffalo has no shot to beat Miami? Of course they "can" beat Miami. They already have this year

I'm saying they have no shot to make a run in the playoffs, which is all that matters

They also have no shot to win the division

If they played this week, the home team would be favored

Vegas respects the bills
