Bills have been near the top in point differential last 2 seasons (think they've been ahead of KC and Cincy both years).

How has that worked out for them?

Bills can beat up on an inferior opponent/front run. Reality is they had a 3-game stretch that has inflated their numbers. They are not that good this year, and they're not trending in the right direction

0-5 last 5 against the spread BTW. That Dolphins game was the last time they covered I believe.

And yes, the schedule very important and a favors Miami
I'm just saying that on a neutral field Buffalo would be favored over all in the AFC except Bal, KC and maybe Cinc by oddsmakers. But I agree as is with the remaining schedule that Mia is the favorite to win the division.

Buffalo does have a lot of injuries and Von Miller hasn't shown up all year. Seems he's still hurt.

Buf would be favored over Mia on a neutral field as of today. Schedule favors Mia to win the division. Buf #2 in the league net points behind Bal.
Would they be favored on a neutral field?
Week 4 at Buffalo closed at 2.5

if bills are favored on a neutral, then we’re looking at 1 point at best?

bills haven’t looked to hot either lately

Buffalo would be favored because they are overvalued

I picked an awful time to praise Buf and Allen although the Denver defense has played well against both Mahomes and Allen.

Mahomes 24/38, 240 yds, 0 TDs, 2 ints, 9 pts
Allen 15/26 , 177 yds, 1 TD, 2 ints, 22 pts

If your O is too stale/predictable and/or your QB too one-dimensional, the DCs across the league will figure you out. They are just too damn good at this level, even the "bad" ones.

All DCs have to do now is cover the Bills wideouts knowing Allen will thread the ball into double coverage, especially Diggs.

And that bush league Daboll-era college shotgun formation, which is bad for any running game because the RB has no forward momentum coming out of the backfield, means Allen can't stand over the C and run play action or use those powerful legs for bootlegs.

Again, way too predictable and stale setting up their superstar QB for failure.

Running the ball opens up the pass - high school-level fundamental stuff.

Bills coaches and their failed stale schemes suck balls! Many coaches in the league are doing far more with much less.

Yep the turnovers and years of inconsistent play are everyone but Josh’s fault

Got it

#1 seed is important. They really don't want to be in KC or Bal if there's nasty weather.
Real important. More importantly Kansa City and Baltimore don't want to be going to the dehydrating Miami heat when their bodies are no longer adjusted to that. That change in climate has f'kd with the Patriots for years, even all through the fabled twenty years.

Amazing how deceiving soft schedules can be.

only happens every year last few games will be the eye test. there overall performance hasn't been on the decline . Dallas Baltimore will be the test however probably favors Miami because both Dallas and Baltimore pretty tough competition ahead so it probably favors Miami the bye week is the key to a deep run especially with SOS and longer regular season. Chiefs have backs to the wall this week with a rested buffalo team that's on the out looking in

Having homefield advantage throughout the playoffs can't hurt, but at some point you have to beat the good teams.

Their 9 wins came against teams with a combined winning percentage of .311 and they haven't beaten a >.500 team in over a year.

Their three losses this season (Bills, Eagles, Chiefs) - a combined score of 100-51.

Goes without saying, Dolphins as the #1 seed would be the softest in recent memory.
