took yesterday off so was re-energized and ready to go ...down to mailbox and on to walmart,37 minutes,picked up prescription and back home for another 36 minutes...ttl of 1 hr:13 minutes goin just about as fast as i can...what weather we're havin in ky,have yet to even need a sweatband... 63 degrees,stayed up all night readin so gettin late start..will probably head back toward walmart if traffic aint too bad..noticed yesterday an area(13 walkin minutes from house) thats been re-paved,looks like good place for some light joggin,etc....new asphalt is very giving,almost like walkin on grass,but easier....thought about the mountains but too much of that plays hell with allergies(this time of year) and kicks my ass'..keep the continue'
its warmin up,already 78 and i aint done shit..enjoyed goin to the soccer field yesterday,but noticed that even the slightest elevation will be obvious if you're not accustomed to it..in other words,if you do nothin but walk on flat land,then go out in the forest with all the ups and downs,its almost apples and oranges...got tired goin up those long hills yersterday,so that means one thing..I NEED TO DO IT AGAIN...lets go get some road!...'keep the continue'
bigbet,ive actually been to anglin falls a couple summers ago.(have pics with grandson) but we were in a period of no rain for a while and there wasnt much water..best time to go would be after a good rain.......what the hell brings you to berea,and do you know where the soccer field or library is? i usually park at library,walk down to soccer field and go back in the forest,which is berea colleges cross country trainin facility....we could meet at soccer field and id show ye some good walkin.......'keep the continue'
what 'most people' dont like about a place like berea,is exactly why i moved here...worked and lived in lexington 25 years and ive had enough fkn traffic to last the rest of my days... drove from lexington to louisville everyday for 6 months once..made good money,but didnt know whether i was comin or goin....only time i drive is when i have to.....'keep the continue'
