viejo,i know that you know,how i feel,havin you along for the ride,has helped tremendously,old hognuts is pullin for ye...in response to your friend suggestin that you walk before you brush your teeth,i firmly believe(from my experience,not just somethin i read)that doin twoadays,app 30 minutes each session,is the way to go,one huuuuge plus that i have experienced is my appetite,when i was doin all my cardio in one session,after i finished,i would be starvin,i would eat a foot long sub and still be a lttle bit hungry,i had to drink a lot of coffee and water to ge through it,now that im doin twoadays,all i need afterwards is one regular sandwich(i fix it myself)a large apple,then finish it off with a decaf, sometimes i eat grapes,yogurt,soup,broccoli,cauliflower,thats about it,,the only time im hungry is when i wake up,i always just drink a cup of joe,and the hunger leaves me until i have done my early cardio,,"keep the continue" ps: i know it wont fit me,but im goin to go right now and try that suit on,hehehe.
