TOW supports WSC decision to close the extortionist's account given that the Book has 1) Initially agreed to pay in full via alternate methods which the player refused; the player has been paid based on the Book's rules since; the player has openly blackmailed SWC and attempted to smear the book's reputation just to bend WSC rules. Additionally no other complaint of this kind has been reported about WSC.
