I believe that Florida will show the world just how over-rated the crimson tide is. The Gators will win in similar fashion as they did against Florida State. Tim Tebow will show J. P. Wilson how to be a GOOD and EFFECTIVE quarterback.

How many times do people have these kind of debates??? Remember 1992 Alabama vs. Miami Fla, No respect then, but another National Championship. How about several years back National Championship game between Ohio st and Miami FL, Ohio st no respect and won the title. Last years NBA Championship everyone in love with the lakers - but Boston won. Ect ect ect........
This type of hype happens year after year and its always a mob of guys saying no way this team can beat that team but they do over and over again.
It will be no surprise to me when the Tide rolls 38-34

Just so I get all this straight:
Florida backers' argument tends to center on the strength of the Gators' offense and the belief that Alabama's defensive stats are overblown considerably because of the offensive weakness of their opponents so far this season.
Alabama backers' counterpoints are "Roll Tide!," "they can't run on us" and "'Bama won in '92."

Alabama has struggled to score against quite a few teams and now they face the best defense they've seen all year. Florida in their worst game of the year - the one Bama fans like to throw up to Gator backers (ole miss) - still scored 30pts.
You can just about lock in that UF is putting 30+ on the board. Can Bama score 30 on UF? I don't think so at all. I think 17-20 max. I said 34-20 UF earlier in the week. I see no reason to come off that at all. 38-17 is 21 and quite a whipping if you ask me.

I'm not even going to look into this game anymore. It is of my opinion that Florida will beat Alabama, but by how many points? I can get Florida -7.5
and I think they are at least 10 points better than 'Bama so I have to go for it.
I just think Florida is the better team and when needed, they will step it up against Alabama.
People are making this game out to be too complex and it's like every Bama or Gators fan HAS to put their 2 cents of bullshit in.
Gators -7.5 and to be honest, I like Alabama as a team more than Florida.
You have to respect 'bama... they lack the players Florida has but man, what a good job everyone in that program is doing.
