Does gambler A have an advantage because he is already up for the year?
I'll admit I don't understand it either , always trying to gain insight on everything is why I'm asking.

He has an advantage because he's a lifetime 55% gambler and the other guy is a lifetime 52% gambler. Odds are still that they hit their lifetime averages over the second half of the season, therefore, gambler A is better.

I've seen ZERO Threads and polls started by Vitterd, with Festering Zit in the title. Maybe I'm wrong, but I haven't seen any. I've seen Multiple threads and polls started by Festering Zit, with Vitterd in the title. Pretty clear who is the sick, obsessed Troll.

Years ago I started a thread with festering zit in it. Since that day he probably had 8-10 that have Vitterd in it. Including multiple polls.

Past results have no bearing, only to determine what their lifetime capping % is. Since A caps at 55%, he has the advantage
over the 52%

Um, Vittard posts at a rate > 2 times my lifetime posting rate in here, he's also in here trolling at least 3-4 times the hours that I am.

There is no comparison. Vitterd is actually in here more than anyone, and it's not even close. He is the king troll in here.

His advantage is entirely theoretical based on his "win-rate".

However, if we could (or the participant in the bet) assumed his win-rate was 55% and the other guys was 52%, then he shouldn't worry about an arbitrary timeline.

Does that make sense?

This is a good point to make.

It isn't much different than the logic behind setting an NFL line. If the Panthers are 10-0 and their next game is against the 2-8 Bucs, which team do you expect would be favored by the books? Why?

You come here for me......I don't come here for you. You actually trolled me 17 straight days last month. It was only because I mentioned the streak, that you stopped for a day.

Vitterd vitterd vitterd.....post after posts, thread after thread, poll after poll. That's your existence here. That's why you are the biggest troll here.

What's hilarious though, is Vit takes the bet at the beginning of the season, because he is touting himself as the better capper. Then 60% of the way through
the season, he's destroying Michelangelo. But when presented doing another bet that just constitutes remaining games in the season, he says

"Because Michelangelo has been such a shitty capper all year, he has an advantage over me"

It's hard to describe how utterly stupid that statement is.

Huh? That is nothing like what's going on here.

I've explained it to you before. I point out your lies. If you don't like me responding, then stop lying.

Simple.

The better handicapper will do better over a longer period. Anyone can win a quickie contest. Even somebody like you.

This is what you want to go with. That is the correct response to wanting a 6 month bet.

Besides the fact you would have to watch baseball for 6 months.
