Wes Welker lost the game for the Patriots and Eli is not elite

The funny thing is neither were the 2 best teams and the patriots are playing In the triple a ( the afc is just horrible) but I am a giants fan and I think the league is so flawed

That dropped pass on the Giants 20 yd line by Welker sealed the patriots fate. The Patriots are the better team and always will be. They deserved that win. The Giants played a shit game, fumbled twice and the ball just bounced the right way. Terrible playing by the Patriots receivers in the last 6 minutes of that game. Eli is not an elite quarter back his team is just opportunistic. I saw 6 or 7 horrible throws by Eli and about 2 for Brady the whole game. The Giants are a fluke team and wont be even close next year IMHO.

Dude I didn't bet on the game I just hate the giants. I don't think Eli is in the same boat as Brady. I don't think the giants deserved to get as far as they did. The ball bounced their way all winter. Like the falcons Super Bowl fluke year about a decade ago. I'm only upset because I just don't think they deserved the W. I also dont tail all the time thank God because I would lose a lot more than I do

Le me get this right. The Giants have beaten the Patriots 3 times in a row including 2 Super Bowls, but the Pats are the better team. That makes sense...

I didn't say the team I am speaking on Brady vs Eli. I don't think Eli deserved the win and I don't think the giants deserved to be where they are. Better to be lucky than good I guess. I am just a giant hater and I'll admit it.

that pass that was dropped was a terrible pass by tom brady...welker had to turn his body and jump back for it...granted a pro should hav ecaught it..but brady should have made a better pass to a wide open guy...that one is on brady....also brady messed up by throwing way to short to his tight end and the ball got picked off...

Not to mention the drop by branch also with 30 yards of real estate in front of him. I don't think the pats WR are near as good as the giants. If Brady had manningham, nicks, and Cruz they would have won by 30.

the giants dline got healthy at the end of year...they are animals...the welker miss hurt sure but that offsides by pats defense when they held on 3rd down hurt more...i believe it was helinski(sp?)...i feel belicheck should have let the giants score when there was still 1:48 left with 2 timeouts..if that was his intention..eli had great 4th q numbers this year and has won 2 sb's so to say he's not right up there with the best in the league is just emotional nonsense imo..

Oh ya that one play decided the whole game. Give me a break sure it was the one that broke the camels back but the patriots had many other opportunities that they didn't take advantage of. Giants got the lucky bounces with the fumble and the 12 men on the field and that fg that hit the upright and others but hey that's football. Gg guys lived up tothe hype for sure

Lucky is not winning 6 in a row with each game being an elimination game. The Giants were good enough to be in this game late in the 4th quarter. We all heard this lucky nonsense in the Sf game. Luck evens out. Giants never lost in last 6, Super Bowl Champs, enough said...

I love it when a loser can pin a loss on one play like the rest of the game was irrelevant. Maybe if you handicapped better before a game you would not have to start a cry in your beer thread when the game is over. This game was going to go down to the wire and was an under the day they posted the line. The funny thing is that you can cry over this one all off season. It might have been different if the TE had been healthy but to pin that loss on Welker is a whiney baby supreme. You win some and you lose some. What you fail to comprehend is that NYG won and it did not take a perfect game to do so. NE was a flawed team with a superior HC and a great QB but it takes more than that in the end. If you watch the replay I would double up on NY this time.
