Wild Bill, calvary to the rescue. Join the party. First, let me state I see very little humor in this situation. It does not make me laugh. I never said SHRINK was always crooked, you just did. I have not been here long. But what impression am I getting. Also, I did not lose coin, and plainly stated I would have been angry if I had. I am on a side of the fence, it is the do not cost me money side. And I was close to pulling the trigger. And that is really a side issue to the worst transgression involved, between SHRINK and V-wager. It is bad enough that the forum is merely used as a club, not the mickey mouse type, to coerce V-Wager to see the light. Worse to drag the forum members into it. This is very bad...OF

Calvary to the rescue, yeah right. I just call them as I see them, no where in my contract does it say come rescue the Shrink. It still is funny how many bashers there are, you would think if posters were truly upset they wouldn't be here and would spend time bad mouthing the Shrink across the street as there would be plenty of company.
When they stop coming here and telling Shrink and I how terrible we are for the posters and the industry, then I will be worried. As long as they still come here and contribute to these endless threads, then I don't worry too much about what they say since it is bringing plenty of people here in this slow season...

Does anyone think that its a little out of the ordinary, even abnormal, that none of the employees of Rx ever question what some of the tactics/practices are here? I'm not even referring to anything in particular, but rather speaking in general.
Any healthy workplace provides a forum, whether it be a weekly/monthly status meeting, town hall, or sit down to listen the displeasure of those who make the place run, its employees. Now, perhaps the board room at Rx was created for that purpose, but its effects surely dont spill into offshore.
There is no way everyone agrees with everyone else all of the time. Its simply not possible.

Doc - I can only tell you what I know, which is there NEVER was any deliberate attempt to extort any book. Do you think V-Wager is going to allow itself to be extorted? The fact is that the entire issue ended up with both the Rx. and V-Wager coming to an agreement. The opposite could easily have happened, then I quess maybe people would be happy. There is no moderator/Shrink conspiracy, we are never told to post anything we do not want to post. Believe what you want, but in the 7 months I have been here - NO ONE has ever asked me to say anything I did not want to.

First of all if I had withdrawn funds because of the recent thread I would feel very comfortable asking V-Wager CSD to re-imburse me any money I was out for the withdrawal when I re-deposited. I am not sure, but I have to believe they will be happy to help in that area

So now that Shrink does say some books may be experiencing trouble he is extorting them. You can't have it both ways, either he is allowed to post what he knows, or he should just let the chips fall where they may.
