Perhaps you think I am implying that employees are told what to say. I'm not.

I am saying that no employee at this site ever disagrees with any policy/directive originating from management/propretorship. I also said I wasnt referring to the v-wager incident specifically.

If I can recall correctly, before you became a mod, you were outraged with something that happened here - so much in fact, that you even started a thread stating you were leaving Rx never to return - like most others you came right back. I cant recall what the outburst was over, but thats not the point.

I ask, besides becoming an employee, what happened between then and now that caused you to change your tune so drastically? More specifically, why did your emotions run the entire gamut while now they only occupy one end of the emotional spectrum?

Actually the reason I may or may not have been leaving escapes me except it may have been when I moved around a year ago, and was off-line for a month. That aside, I have always been a pro-book poster and have ended up in some extended flame wars because of it. Quite simply from my vantage point I can see how the slighest bit if innuendo gets turned into full fledged conspiracy here on the internet. I very rarely get all mushy about our advertiser books if you care to check. I have also been in on several behind the scene disputes where I took the players side, and helped settle matters in their favor. I try to be fair in all my posts, if I see bullshit I will call it. Check the original thread, and I may have one or two inane posts in it. The return of V-wager however I know for a fact is not a result of extortion, therefore I have decided to be vocal in the matter.

Greenhead - quite frankly no - your best bet is to ask V-Wager to credit you if you actually are going to re-deposit. If you don't have the nerve there is not a lot I can do to help you get any.

Not sure I'm following...my point is that he only seems to report what he "knows" on non-advertisers - that is where the extortion comes in...I find it unbelievable that he had no clue on problems at NAB, WagersParadise, Panam, but he's been all over Bluegrass for the last year...

The bits and pieces I can remember :

- You got pissed at something Shrink / Rx was or wasn't doing (can't remember exactly what it was)
- You pulled a Frog and basically said "I'm outta' here"
- Hung out at Peep's for a few days / couple of weeks
- Got in one too many arguments with someone there (Banned4Life maybe ?), eventually told him to F-off, and simultaneously bid adieu to Peep's place
- Gradually blended back into the Rx

Thanks Halifax, I recall several WARS especially with Banned for life. I think it had something to do with a family member rotting in her grave, or something like that. I most likely wanted it edited or some such thing. Pretty childish shit by everyone involved including myself.

I would love for the mods to give their real opinion. Shrink is not perfect, nothing wrong with a mod saying "the shrink screwed up imo".

It kind of insults everyone’s intelligence when the mods say homer stuff like "Way to go Shrink" a la Uncle Butternuts or Pat McIrish.

In fact, Shrink if you're reading this, you should tell your guys to say how they feel. Those AB rehearsed and canned mod replies serve no purpose. You got some cool mods shrink, don't make them kiss ass.

Did we ever say Shrink wasn't perfect? That is ridiculous, this is business he conducts with them and contrary to what you think he doesn't keep us in the loop. Marty handles most of the advertising, and once again I am not in the loop with that. I would gladly call the Shrink wrong if it was obvious he was wrong, but this situation like most is done way behind the scenes. What you guys now want us to make stuff up to appease you? If I don't know, I am not going to make it up. Sorry, but just because I don't jump on your line on things doesn't mean I am influenced. You have an opinion and that is welcome here, but don't act like we are some sort of team propaganda effort. If there is no evidence of wrongdoing I can't make it up and say there for sure was something wrong.

Buzz - Like I have said more than once in this thread Shrink has never once told me what I could say or could not say. If I believed he was wrong then I would say so, but that is simply not the case here. You really think there is some kind of stradegy meeting in the AB sometime I wish there was, but sorry it just doesn't happen. No one makes anyone kiss ass, what is so hard to understand about this situation. An issue was raised, it was addressed by the parties involved, and now it is solved.

I've been pretty low key the past several months but had to say something in regards to this and other things I see that are troubling me at this site. Everything that is happening here is so transparent that nothing else needs to be really said, just read the post and you BS and asskissing will speak for itself. What I have noticed is where are all the regulars from a couple years past that use to post here? The Rx is headed to Bettorsworld country eventually if they don't tighten up. You are alienating your "good" posters with the BS I've noticed the past several months (possibly longer). For those of you going to the Rx bash, free rooms, comps or not, I cannot see how you can get festive with the joker and his many jesters who probably think you are dumb enough to continually fall for crap like this.
