I think something is a little off with this guy, obviously.

I just love this story from a customer experience/crisis management perspective.

The average customer who has a bad experience with a company tells 9 people about it. For United, it is x 1,000,000. I enjoy watching how this unfolds.

The average business doesn't have a quasi-monopoly with very little differentiation on price, quality, experience among competitors.

love these charts, bloody disease.....yesterday's candlestick was classic. Holy shit, look at the volume, 5-6 times normal! Strong selling followed by a strong close. A 'hammer candlestick', and the longer the tail the more bullish it is, ESPECIALLY when vol is on your side (vol is a leading indicator).If it was an etf , I'd would have bought. Touched the 50 sma then violently rebounded. Didn't help that overall market sentiment is yucky. Short term, this PR fiasco did little to harm the chart
