I’m always right. Even when I’m wrong I’m right. But I’m never wrong in this section. Never have been. Never will be. It’s too fucking easy man.

Over 36k new infections yesterday, 2nd largest ever. But these idiots want to open it up.

Stupid Trumptards and their Russian comrades are gonna get all of us killed. That is what they want.

Where were they at? Certain areas or across the board?

On Saturday, she received the call her mother had died and immediately wanted an autopsy.
The company called to get the body told the family they couldn’t because it was labeled COVID-19 positive.
“The coroner shared with me it’s not something they take lightly,” Heimbrodt said. “Where a body would be marked COVID positive when a test was never administered.”

She was never put on the list for COVID testing because the director [of Bria] said she had no symptoms,” Heimbrodt said. “But they bagged her body and labeled it ‘COVID-19 positive.’ I want to know my mother’s cause of death. ... I feel she could have died from sepsis or something else. I feel she could have bed sores or other signs of neglect.”
As of Wednesday afternoon, Kane County Coroner Rob Russell took possession of Carol Orlando’s body and did a nasal swab test for COVID-19. Russell said the results could be ready by Friday.
“If she is COVID positive, we will not do an autopsy until we know what we’re dealing with,” Russell said. The CDC and OSHA recommend to avoid doing autopsy on people who have COVID-19. I have to keep my people out of harm’s way. If she is COVID positive, we will not do an autopsy, but we will do an external exam and do photographs.”
Shocked at her mother’s condition

I think the month of April made Barbanman as giddy as a late term abortion does , too bad for him that was the pinnacle of his narrative, he'll have to find something new to be wrong about soon enough

What was a more ridiculous prediction?

Under 8,000?

Or millions?

One is off by 52,000 or so

The other is off by 940,000 to 4,940,000

What I really don't comprehend is this. Why are conservatives on the low side and liberals on the high side? Is it all about politics? Or is there something more about what makes us tick?

Prepare for the worst, hope for the best

Vs.

Keep positive and secretive need to know basis to avoid panic/rioting

where's the part of destroying scores of million lives? maybe even ruining the lives of the majority on Americans?

where's the part about totally destroying millions of businesses and dreams and families?

does any of that matter?

which problem tips the scale more?

Our society is dependent on a growing economy, we're the most successful country on earth because of capitalism and our economy

Without a growing economy, we're a third world country run by war lords. The bond that holds us together breaks. Has our economy already been destroyed? I think not, but if we protect ourselves much longer it will be

I'm not going to argue politics here but we are far from a 3rd world country.

There is massive downside to killing our economy and there is massive downside to ignoring this pandemic and allowing it to grow and kill a scary amount if Trump had not done what he did.

Most of the time the truth is in the middle and the best answers are a compromise. Good comment about tipping the scale because it is a fine balance. Sadly most people in here get seriously lost in the woods blindly following their political party's beliefs.

A compromise, I think that's what most of us want.

A slow reopening that includes almost all industries. States with fewer cases can be more aggressive. NYC has to be slower than everyone else

Protect high risk demographics

Use common sense, sanitize surfaces and hands more
