For those who want to see the Gift that keeps giving speak in Alabama shortly...

http://www.fox10tv.com/category/291730/livestreaming-on-fox10

It's also on Fox Business Channel...if you want to see Lou Dobbs' hilariously terrible hair dye job before The Donald takes the stage.

They had to move the speech into a stadium because of crowd overflow. Stadium is packed...looks like it's about to host a football game. This reminds me of the Stuttering Clusterfuck's campaign in '08.

I’m glad I’m not the only one who recognized that.

It's early but at this stage Trump's appeal is very broad:

I know it is anecdotal, but 2 people I know who absolutely love Obama and think he's done a good job think Trump is fantastic. They keep talking about him and posting all these articles about Trump on FaceBook.

I'll let you know how many there are at the Trump rally if he comes to town...

I suspected you were lying back then, and I was proven right; why would I care about your "reports" now, you lie, and you're almost always wrong.

Trump definitely transcends party in terms of support. He isn't really a republican or conservative, just moreso a nationalist/populist angry American.

Getting the nom is the hard part. If he was heads up vs a Dem I think he would get a lot of Dem support and a lot of support from people who never have voted before.

Yeah, he's gonna just rack up that Hispanic vote, like the Republicans have been doing of late, right?:pointer::ohno:Loser!@#0:nohead::think2:

Patsfan is correct, Don Trump appeals to many potential Democrat voters they called
them Reagan Democrats a while back, also many who usually abstain from voting are
attracted to the Trump style & message.

Your not smart enough, to realize this but of all the Republican candidates Trump the
polls say is only behind Rubio who has 18% of the Hispanic block, Trump & Bush are
tied for 2nd with 12%. Trump will definitely get more than the 27% support that
Romney got in 2012. Black support for Trump will be far more than Romney's 6%,
Nixon got 18% in 1972 no Republican matched that since, mark my words Don Trump will

One thing I'm smart enough to realize is the difference between "your" and "you're," which YOU obviously are not. I am rooting for Boy Blunder(though I doubt he'll get in), he'd be incredibly easy to beat, but you're way too clueless to realize that.

Trump widens lead over U.S. Republican presidential field: Reuters poll

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Republican Donald Trump is pulling away from the pack in the race for the party's U.S. presidential nomination, widening his lead over his closest rivals in the past week, a Reuters/Ipsos poll showed on Friday.

Republican voters show no signs they are growing weary of the brash real estate mogul, who has dominated political headlines and the 17-strong Republican presidential field with his tough talk about immigration and insults directed at his political rivals. The candidates are vying to be nominated to represent their party in the November 2016 general election.

Nearly 32 percent of Republicans surveyed online said they backed Trump, up from 24 percent a week earlier, the opinion poll found. Trump had nearly double the support of his closest competitor, former Florida Governor Jeb Bush, who got 16 percent. Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson was third at 8 percent.

Even when Trump was pitted directly in the poll against just his top two competitors, 44 percent backed him. Bush won about 29 percent of respondents, and Carson 25 percent.

"He's not taking any guff from anybody," Dewey Stedman, 70, a Republican from East Wenatchee, Washington, said of the publicity-loving billionaire. "If you don't have something in your brains, you're not going to have billions of dollars."

U.S. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump gives a thumbs up to supporters as he is driven …

Trump has driven the debate on the campaign trail with a hard-line immigration plan that calls for the deportation of undocumented immigrants, amendment of the Constitution to end automatic citizenship for all people born in the United States, and construction of a wall along the border with Mexico.

He also has feuded with Bush and other rivals while boasting he could easily beat Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton.

Trump's campaign momentum has paid off with bigger crowds on the campaign trail. On Friday night, he moved a planned rally in Mobile, Alabama, to a football stadium seating more than 40,000.

Trump wins the nom then what? None of his policies will work. He wants to mass deport 11 million people? Not going to happen. He wants to build a wall and bill mexico? Mexico will look at that bill they way we look at what we do to our currency. We devalue it along with everyone elses without giving zero fucks. Lets say he builds a wall. Then what? Immigration is down, illegal and legal. How does he fix this economy? Because hes a self made man? Please. Big Government/Big Business is strangling this country and who a better posterboy for Big Business then Don Trump? Hes the guy you want guarding the hen house? If you thought Obamas Wall Street connections were obscene then just wait what this carpet head puts into his cabinets. You want to put someone in there whos made something from nothing, elect these guys... at least they can say they are truly self made millionaires/billionaires. Not some spoiled whiny old blowhard who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth.

Paul (not crazy about him thou) i think Cruz is principled. Carson seems the most genuine but not sure hes cut out for it. Fiorina was/is interesting. Bush is the most polished but the beltway types dont do much but toe the line. Kind of hopeless as far as polling goes concerning anyone i would be interested in.

I like those you mentioned with the exception of Bush. I believe I'm just tired of any politician named Bush or Clinton. I like Cruz. I'm not sure why people think he's crazy. I see people say it, but they never bother giving an explanation. Fiorina would make for a good VP imo. It's still early though, we'll see what happens.

(He wants to mass deport 11 million people? Not going to happen)

In an article Sheriff Joe shared recently on this site General Eisenhower, before he became president
was concerned about the "The rise in illegal border-crossing by Mexican 'wetbacks' to a current rate
of more than 1,000,000 cases a year has been accompanied by a curious relaxation in ethical standards
extending all the way from the farmer-exploiters of this contraband labor to the highest levels of the
Federal Government."

When he became president he eliminated illegal immigration for 10 years & sent back millions.
Several retired Border Patrol agents who took part in the 1950s effort, including Mr. Edwards,
say much of what Swing did could be repeated today.

"Some say we cannot send 12 million illegals now in the United States back where
they came from. Of course we can!" Edwards says.

Donald Coppock, who headed the Patrol from 1960 to 1973, says
that if Swing and Ike were still running immigration enforcement,
"they'd be on top of this in a minute."

Read the article of course Trump can solve the problem,
Eisenhower did!

Fears over a Chinese economic slump caused a bloodbath in American markets on Monday and Donald Trump is saying 'told you so.'
The Republican presidential frontrunner restated his take on the Chinese role in America's economy on Twitter after the Dow Jones Industrial Average plummeted 1,000 points after the opening bell.
'As I have long stated, we are so tied in with China and Asia that their markets are now taking the U.S. market down,' Trump wrote after the record 1-day loss.
Trump continued: 'Get smart U.S.A.'
