woofy,

i have different "outs" this year and my locals haven't put up any totals...was about to send $$$ offshore to play one but their money transferring set up didn't allow me to send as much as i would have liked in time and then the line moved...i still like the total at the new number but not for as much...i'll have it posted as soon as it's available to me

I like using moneygram with the offshores. it shows up very quickly and they cover the transfer fee.

just wanted to post my write-up so i can reference it later to see how my analysis stacked up

6* nc st
-5* nc st -3 -130
-1* nc st -4

Better QB, more experienced rbs, better and more experienced wrs, more cohesive o-line, better d-line and better team chemistry...

While nc st is a team on the rise, getting progressively better in coach o'brien's 3rd season, scar seems to be regressing and not responding to spurrier who's now in his 5th season...their offense is not as good as '06/'07 with sidney rice, kenny mckinley, jared cook, cory boyd and mike davis backing him up, while their defense isn't as good as when the brinkley brothers were heading up the front 7 and the secondary was being patrolled by captain munnerlyn, emmanuel cook, carlos thomas and stoney woodson...defections and more suspensions during camp as well as the constant chiding and lack of support from spurrier towards qb garcia lead me to believe that the chemisty, which took a turn for the worse at the end of last season, is still lacking

good luck

1* AZ u55.5

crossing 55 is key for me here as this basically guarantees one team has to score in the 30's to go over

AZ at home last season gave up average of less than 15 ppg with a high of 27 (Cal) and in two games ooc gave up 0 and 16...gave up only 17 to USC as well...if form holds true defensively for Az, they would have to score close to or in the 40's to go over...this for a team w/ a new QB (possibly two) who split reps in fall camp and w/o their two leading receivers from last yr (gronk inj) and their top two o-linemen...would expect offense to lean on their experienced rbs and grind out this game...smaller play only bc i never like to trust a mac defense on the road, but w/ 10 returning starters there could be some improvement for cmich on that side of the ball

good luck

2* Notre Dame o62

would have been a 4* if i could have gotten it at 57...

this should be the highest total on the board imo as we have veteran qbs, experience on the o-lines, big-play wrs, depth and experience at rb, and offensive minded coaches...neither team is known for their defense, and nevada has had nothing but trouble stopping bcs offenses recently...Clausen seems to have trouble when there's a rush in his face like usc last year, but when he has time to throw can deliver to his big-play wrs...ND o-line, with 100 career starts, should be able to afford him that luxury against nevada

good luck

Strange movement with theat NV/UNR total. It has been bet up to 62.5 this week. That's where I saw it a few minutes ago and then i checked again and it was 61. I never know what to make of that kind of thing.

Good luck today.

2* missouri +7

both defenses are poor, mizzou has a big advantage on the o-line vs illini d-line...mizzou should have better run game, illini better pass game...i'll take the better run team getting a TD on neutral field

good luck

2* miami +7 -125

don't have time to wait around for it to move to 7 so locking in now...

feel like miami has the better defense and better qb as i'm not really that high on ponder (check his numbers vs good teams last yr) and feel like jac harris will be the better of the two...new coordinators for um but that also makes it tough for fsu to prepare w/ no film of um in these sets and formations...should be close and hard fought, feel like the talent leans to um so i'll take the TD

good luck

OUCH>>>>>>>>

but I like Miami tonight so you will get back some of those units tonight> But i took 6 at -04 so it is a much better wager than laying -25. College #'s are not as strong as the NFL. Never worth it to waste the juice and buy them. In football, middlers go broke because numbers are not as strong as they are in baskets.

FWIW

mit gavin is another great fade on here...

Good call with Miami. They were the better team although handicapped a little by their coaching. Taking the points was definitely the way to go.
