Trent, I still haven't seen a number for the total between NC State & Clemson. However, what are your thoughts on NC State getting 19? I know they are hurting offensively and will be hard pressed to do much scoring in this game, but Clemson will be starting three freshmen on the OL. NC State's DL looked solid against a better SC OL and there defense overall is definitely improved. In addition we have conference familiarity and surely some added "value" points for Clemson being overrated.
What indication do you see that Maryland will now start playing better? or Cal will start playing worse? This is one of those games for Maryland bettors where after the game they will say to themselves "why did I bet that. Why did I think that after Maryland barely beat Delaware and lost to Mid TN St that they would all of a sudden start kicking top 25 ass." I highly suggest you wait a couple of more games to see exactly who Maryland is before putting money on them. I am not betting this game but no way I would take Maryland right now vs anyone, much less top 25. This could be 52-10.

7-2 week plus win on the ML +600 (first time ever played a ML) so i guess 8-2
7-3 last week so 15-5 last 2 weeks after 3-8 opening weekend
played last night:
3* LSU -2.5
LSU has advantage on both lines
2* Wake +4.5 (might bump this to 3*)
WF still not getting respect; better team shouldn't be getting more than a fg
2* ole miss -5.5
Vandy winning TO battle every game but getting outgained... now have to go on road vs better team

we were opposite w/ wisky/fresno but b10 for years was my conference... it's usually a good sign when we both see the same thing... i also think this line will close 7, and i'm already seeing 6.5 so i'm glad i got it @ 5.5 last night
btw-how 'bout them terps..?? never sweated the spread, the missed fg and then the onside kick made me sweat the ML slightly, but pretty stress-free otherwise for a team that was supposed to have "no shot" in that game... i got +600 but i noticed before game-time it was down to +425 at most places

The Fresno-Wisky game actually went just about like I thought it would. I was trying to decide between taking Fresno or the under in that game. Those two missed fg's sealed Fresno's fate.
The Ole Miss game I really haven't decided what strength of play I'm going to make in my thread. I can say it will at least be a 3 star. I got it a little late at -6 in my book. I went over this game last night with a couple other cappers who really know their stuff. And we're all on the same page...So that's always a good thing.
Hot Damn, Trent. I played LSU-2 and WF+5 1/2 on the openers. Auburn will get some support due to their history. If AU wins, I might hang it up. This AU team is not a vintage AU team. If this is a trap, I am going to get caught.

Auburn disadvantage on both lines as outside of marks their front 7 is a little on the small side, although always quick... could be a problem against big and talented LSU o-line... new offense has caused problems for the whole offense, as rbs don't look comfortable running out of formation, o-line out of sync playing in shotgun and qb under more pressure than expected
ole miss was based on a stat model i sometimes use to give me a pointspread... accordingly this line should be 11.5/12, and i look for a 4.5 discrepancy so at -5.5 ole miss seems to have value
