It really is pretty simple. If Joe never mentioned my name.....I would completely ignore him and never mention him. The fact is , he couldn't do that with akp when he asked him....and he can't do that with me. Without me.....Joe has no rx life....and that would destroy him. It just means that you two essentially have the same conversation about fake lives and fake picks over and over again. Personally, I don't care if you're a millionaire or broke and I don't care if Joe bets 10k a game or 10 cents a game (or wins or loses). You guys seem to feel differently. All good.

I'll have to disagree. The fact that this place wasn't wonderful or "a utopia of nuanced policy discussion" while Vit was gone doesn't mean that it wasn't better than watching two guys argue about fake bets and fake lives.

For the record I'm not saying this place is better without Vit, I'm saying it's better without Vit and Joe calling each other liars about dumb shit.

I've come to accept that when someone throws cyberdirt at Vit, even if it's cyberdirt the rest of the forum doesn't even care about or consider worthy of a response, Vit is going to fire back at the offender, and then remove said dirt from himself. He is a staunch self-advocate in here and while many attacks don't require a response he feels they do and reacts accordingly.

I agree it is annoying too. I think Vitt is a decent dude but he is 1 hardheaded MF'er. At some point you just have to throw your hands up and say it isn't worth the time though. We couldn't even explain to him the fixed odds of blackjack on the mainboard. It's just how he is. He isn't really alone in this regard. Some people you just can't tell anything to. They've had it all figured out since they were 14.
