2 reasons...

1. Most people don't know math

2. Most people are playing for the hell of it and don't really care.

That doesn't mean it isn't the right move.

If it inconveniences you to miss a hand because of surrendering, then don't do it. It doesn't make it mathematically the right play.

Won some monster hands hitting 16.....so mathematically overall it wouldn't have worked for me

LOL

Man I give up

Just hope Charles catches a few balls this 2nd half. Tough to get to 27.5 yards when the team has 60 total.

How that line went from 7 to 4.5 we'll never know.

Listen you fucking idiot.....I've done just fine at gambling without your surrender pro blackjack player advice. You can shout it till your miserable ass falls over.....I'm never doing it and things will be fine.

I give up also. How I manage to be successful without the math advice if RX gambling pros is a tough one to figure out.

if you surrender on 16s then you might as well surrender with 15 and sometimes 14....why just surrender 16?

im sure someone who knows so much about losing can explain this one

What's funny as hell, is how stupid you look in this thread.

Though, that pretty much sums up all the threads you post in.

Carry on.

You should surrender a 15 against a 10, and if you are counting, and the count is positive, you should sometimes surrender 14 v.s 10.

Don Schlessinger, one of the well-known blackjack authors has published his "Illustrious 18" counting moves, as well as the "Fab 4" surrender moves:

[h=3]Fab 4 Surrenders[/h]
ORDERPLAYINDEX
114 Vs. 10+3
215 Vs. 10+0
315 Vs. 9+2
415 Vs. A+1

Whats funny is you think that smart players use surrender a lot....they don't.

BWHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHA. OMG.

Would you like to bet on that? You are so wrong. And, you have absolutely no clue what you are talking about.

It's a rudimentary game. There is an optimal way to play every single hand. Literally 0 thinking involved in blackjack.

You can either play the optimal way or not.

Every hand you play you are giving up 1% of what you bet. No reason to make it more than that.

I have no idea where I am over time with it. We are talking 20 years. I know this.....if I surrendered every 16 against a/10......I wouldn't have more money.

Yes you would. It's basic math. As if you kept track in your head. Fucking troll idiot.

Bet on what? That you can find an article that says smart people surrender? No thanks.
