if you surrender on 16s then you might as well surrender with 15 and sometimes 14....why just surrender 16?
im sure someone who knows so much about losing can explain this one
You should surrender a 15 against a 10, and if you are counting, and the count is positive, you should sometimes surrender 14 v.s 10.
