What point are you even making?

$30 a hand we'll say...

if you surrender instead of hit, you will save around 1 dollar per hand over the long run.

If I'm surrendering a 30 dollar hand with 16 vs a or 10......I would drive off the bridge on way home.

Again....it's 0.07.... Don't act like its some genius play to surrender.....next time you visit a casino.....ask the floor or the dealer about your chart there.

Of course you are wrong, you are always wrong. And, who gives a fuck if the floor shrugs their shoulders at it? WTF does that have to do with anything?

(1 deck, 2 deck and multi deck results for surrender, early and late):

Early Surrender:+0.62+0.62+0.63
Early Surrender (H soft17):+0.70+0.71+0.72
Early Surrender v. 10 only:+0.19+0.21+0.24

Late Surrender:+0.02+0.05+0.08
Late Surrender (H soft17):+0.03+0.06+0.09

when someone surrenders at the table i play i get up immediately before i play another hand.

For winning blackjack players, our profits are higher when there are fewer people at the table. What's also great is that it is only because of the people who make incorrect plays that allows the casino to even offer the game. So I say continue what you're doing exactly as you are doing it as a benefit to those of us who like using blackjack as a source of income

I wouldn't even play period. Just not something that interests me because the odds are set and there is no strategy to the game unless you are counting.

If you are playing why would you take the worst of it though? You are giving up a dollar per $30 hand that you don't surrender on 16 vs 10. The odds are tilted enough against you as is without making the wrong moves.

That is a lot of dollars over time if you play frequently.

Played a ton of it in my life. Very high limits and low limits.....it is rare to see a surrender. Why do you think that is?

Um, I used to do this semi-full time, and made a shitload of money at it, I know what I'm talking about, unlike you.

You don't even know what the difference between early and late surrender is (quick go look it up ass-clown).

Getting 52 cents back vs getting 46 cents back per dollar for every hand isn't something you would want to do?

I'll tell you why, because it's advantageous to the player, and house edges is what built Vegas, and every other casino out there.

2 reasons...

1. Most people don't know math

2. Most people are playing for the hell of it and don't really care.

That doesn't mean it isn't the right move.

If it inconveniences you to miss a hand because of surrendering, then don't do it. It doesn't make it mathematically the right play.

I think he's saying it's rare for casinos to offer surrender... but who knows what goes through that idiot's head.

Why would I care what the difference is? I'm not doing it either way.
