i am with Willie on this one only because it is last minute. I too do not like K and D but there were months and months that went by where we could make these changes that would be drastic to what we have been doing. Adding PPR and roster spots was only to protect us from the unknown. Eliminate K and D changes we can discuss in summertime not a week before we draft.
.5 ppr is a smaller change than eliminating positions.
I also mentioned if anyone was against it strongly - we wouldn’t do it and would remain standard.
We can hold off on any other changes until next year.
this year we had to replace 4 people so that’s enough of a change and I was gone for an extended period of time and wasn’t even sure if I was going to be in this year.

You should put out a survey, the league should vote, but needs 8 votes to pass.
Things that should be on there:
1. 0.5 point PPR
2. Expansion of rosters
3. Removal of kicker and defense
Anything else that 2 members believe should happen. This way, everyone has their say, and it takes a real majority to make a change.

Just a heads up....as joining this league I believe this is my 4th year. We have not had any turnover that I recall as well as any rule changes. 1 and 2 were only brought up due to the fact of it being Covid (if not for Covid 1. and 2. most likely do not take place) and now there could be player boycott concern. The expansion of rosters makes sense on multiple levels, the PPR was just to make up any small difference that could help in case of players missing not due to injury. Radically changing the game from removing of kickers and defense this late in the game is not something that should be considered. Now next year yes....as I recommend that moving forward we visit any roster or rule changes the first of August or maybe the start of training camp in middle of July and vote on any changes the first week of August.
Also of note, not all of our league members frequently visit the site or this thread to be able to chime in. Believe at least two or three rarely peak in on the thread.
Team defenses and kickers will come under the same scrutiny if a team is deemed unplayable shortly before a game. Then we are dropping and adding defenses and kickers at last minute. I don't think we're going to want to carry 2 defenses and 2 kickers. Everything is f....ed up this year because of the uncertainty of Covid.
