I simply don't know what to say to this horseshittery.......Have you even watched TCU play this year, not to mention WVU and Baylor. Left behind my ass, I'll wager any amount you think you can put up idiot, TCU is in.

Hey, what's with the unprovoked name calling? Are you that weak and small in real life or what? I am still waiting on you to take me up on betting everything you own that Texas A&M would score more than just a few points on S. Carolina. All I got was crickets. Remember that?
You were bring an asshole then too and talking endless shit for days leading up to the game only to get crushed. You should think about it at least because I am not going to argue with you. And yes I will take you up on your boast. And you better pay up this time.

Frankly Scarlett, I don't recall you being in that mess I created. Yeah, Carolina is dogshit, so what? TCU is NOT. And I don't remember any amount being put up in that game, I'm willing to put something up on TCU making the playoff, showtime right now.

I think the only good team I would call "cowardly" in their scheduling is Baylor. Briles insists on this cupcake schedule and thinks it's their best chance to make a playoff. The only problem with that theory is you can't lose a game or your out. If Baylor hadn't lost to WV I guarantee you they would be in this year's playoff if they went undefeated, no matter how much bitching you do about it. But like I said, with a round robin format it is very difficult to make it through undefeated. Even USC had trouble sometimes beating the weaker opponents in their conference because of the familiarity factor. There are many less breaks in this kind of schedule than other conferences because unlike other conferences, once you get into Big 12 play there are no out of conference cupcake games sprinkled in between the tougher opponents. Every week is big for each team. And you can't avoid anybody in this kind of format.

Iowa St got beat by North Dakota St. They are a cupcake. Kansas is a cupcake. This is what the playoff committee will take into account. When you have Michigan St playing Oregon in ooc, West Virginia playing Bama, Texas playing UCLA or Oklahoma St playing FSU, these game carries more weight. And no undefeated Baylor playing one of the weakest schedules in the entire FCS will not get into the playoff under committee guidelines. That is why TCU is in front of Baylor. I'm not making this up. This is how things are in the new playoff era.

Well it's a good thing your S. Carolina thread is in my posting history and easy to find. And the team is in question is Baylor not TCU. Please reread my posts on this thread before attacking me for no reason.

I'm gonna take the high road here, my bad, ok? I am anything but weak, rest assured, buck eighty, played wideout for Vandy, I took more than my fair share of hits. That all being said, TCU will make the final four, lol, as the committee seems to agree with my thoughts. GLTU

I understand what your saying. It's not any different than if Bama wins the SEC west and loses the SEC championship game to Georgia. Miss St would probably get the vote to make the playoff if Bama was their only loss and they are ranked higher at the end of the year. I understand all of that. But what I'm telling you is there are different philosophies on how to make the playoff. Briles at Baylor has the "we're going to go undefeated with an easy schedule" philosophy. And if there are 4 other undefeated teams (unlikely) then so be it. Personally, it's not the way I would go. But if Baylor hadn't lost this season, it would have been a philosophy that would have put them in the playoff.

TCU has Kansas, Texas, and Iowa State left on their schedule. If they win out and don't get in, then I'm not sure why they were moved to #4

Here's what is going to go down, in my world:
Bama wins the SEC and gets in.
TCU runs their table and gets in.
Oregon, damn schizos, run their table and get in.
O.State runs their table and gets in.
Simple math.

Kirk Herbstreit on ESPN PC show confirmed everything I have been saying about how the playoff committee negatively views Baylor's last place SOS, fwiw. They refuse reward cupcake schedules. TCU is still ahead of them. I glad the don't have two SEC teams in the Four teams anymore.

The committee is joke and the ranking means very little, if anything, until the final ranking. They can, and have, moved or not moved teams for any reason. Ole Miss loses to the number three team in the rankings on the last play of the game a plummets like ten spots falling behind a bunch of teams who have done virtually nothing.

There is no real criteria here. Just a bunch of random balloting. At this point, it's clear the committee is following virtually zero logic or consistency and moves one team for a particular reason, but doesn't move another for the same exact reason. It's a crap shoot to try a predict their randomness.

A former 180 lb Vandy WR, huh? Well, that explains it...you are small and weak (and slow) in real life then...and am sure you took hit after hit if you were on those crappy teams. But hey, it's cool I don't hold grudges on the Internet. BOL to ya.

They run the table, they're in. Florida State is going to lose a game between now and crunch time, you heard it here first, lol.

~T~ btw, I haven't taken or participated in any poll.

Everyone Seems To Think BAYLOR Will End Up Leaping TCU Because The Bears Beat The Horn Frogs In Their Head To Head Matchup...But They Seem To Have A lot Of Ground To Make Up.

FSU/MIAMI Line Looks Awful Fishy This Weekend, But If The Noles Pull Out A Win On Saturday, They Are In.
Nobody Else On Their Schedule Will Beat Them & They Cruise In The ACC Championship Game.

BAMA-8.5 Against The #1 Ranked Team Mississippi State Tell You All You Need To Know In The SEC & How It Will Play Out.

Oregon Is Starting To Roll & They Have A Pretty Easy Path.

The Big Ten Will End Up Looking Week Overall & Ohio State Won't Get Into The Top 4.

So I Say......

TCU OR BAYLOR
FLORIDA STATE
ALABAMA
OREGON
