What he left out is this is the most important week of the year until he loses and next week becomes the most important week of the year.

If Lang losses the rest of the week his chances of getting back in the black in 2024 are less than 2%.

Couldn't follow up Monday's 50 dimer on South Dakota State as my 75 dimer on Wisconsin/Milwaukee can't hold on against Oakland.
Nothing more to say about it.
Let's move on to tonight.
I had this matchup targeted the minute the tourney brackets came out and I was just waiting on the line to determine how big I was going to come.
Well, I got the right line. The right situation. The right everything and that is the reason it's a 100 dime play on this Wednesday card.
As I said on Monday, coming off the winning February and where I stand in this month of March, this is without question the biggest week of the year.
I said the exact same thing Super bowl week and then went out and hit the Chiefs.
Well I am telling you again right now.
THIS WEEK IS THE MOST IMPORTANT WEEK OF THE YEAR.
The week before the big tourney starts. The week before the NIT starts. The week before the CBI tourney starts. You also have the CIT.

My perception of Lang is that he is stuck in some kind of time warp created by himself and has been since he started, one which

equates to the movie Groundhog Day, where each and every day his hackneyed and cliched mantras and phrases are the same with

a few words changed here and there to fit the day/game with essentially the same sophomoric reasoning and "logic," the same lies and

deceptions about his record and of course his narcissism!!

I could go on but why bother as you and everyone are already well aware of what his modus operandi is, has been and and always will be,

and why he is known as LOSER Lang!!

Call me "weak & stupid" (ala Fredo in "The Godfather") but I actually think Mr. Lang is on the right side in this game based on money and line movement for Cincinnati. I'll take a shot with the Bearcats but will do so on the moneyline in case the "curse of a Lang non-cover" rears it's ugly head. Just have a feeling that Lang may have actually put more handicapping into this game than his most recent high dime losses. We'll see ...

My Analysis

Without question the team that wins this game will be the team that covers.



And that team is the Cincinnati Bearcats.



Bill Self is a smart man. His team is banged up and needs rest. He could care less about the Big 12 tournament.



So what does he do? He provides himself an out by sitting his two best players, who are his two top scorers in Kevin McCullar Jr and Hunter Dickinson.



Dickinson played 22 minutes and McCuller Jr 15 but wait, all of a sudden they are hurt and can't play at all?????



I bet if this were the NCAA tourney starting today they would be playing, I guarantee you that.



However, Self wants out of this tourney as soon as possible and that is going to happen tonight.



That why he is sitting out two guys who account for 39 points of Jayhawks offense, cause he doesn't about this tourney!!!!!!!



With both those guys in the line up for the only meeting between these two this year January 22nd in Kansas, the Jayhawks almost lost that game outright.



As an 8-point favorite the game was tied at half 35 apiece and in the 2nd half the most Kansas led by was 9 as they just couldn't pull away.



McCullers scored 20 and pulled down 5 boards while Dickinson scored 10 and pulled down 6 boards. Do the math......30 points and 11 boards gone tonight.



And the Bearcats still out rebounded them for the games 37-28.



Cincinnati is playing their best ball of the year right now.



It started at Houston, you know, the same place Kansas just lost by 30 at.



On February 27th as a 13 1/2 point dog, the Bearcats never quit and got the easy cover 67-59.



They went on to beat Kansas State on the road 74-72, tough OT loss at Oklahoma 74-71 and then the back to back wins over West Virginia.'



Listen, if Kansas wins here against this Cincy team without McCullers and Dickinson, so be it. I just don't see it happening tonight.



The Bearcats need this game to have any consideration for the 'BIG SHOW' and I truly they get it big time.



Lay it with confidence tonight.
