With all that said...This will be the end of Miami in 6 or less..

If they beat Denver this would be the greatest feat in sports considering you have to win 4 times so its no fluke...and considering this is basketball.

I'll take the Denver team that would normaly be -1200 as less than 4 to 1 favorites.

I would have to agree with that. Miami has no shot of winning 4 in this series.

Had no bearing on the outcome

Plus if that happened to LeBron you would not have even mentioned it. Even though he just played the whole playoffs with a torn ligament in his foot
"Had no bearing on the outcome"

You're an idiot.

I already have some Denver but I also had some Denver over Boston stuff that is dust, but right now I think Den -1.5 (6 or less) -150 is pretty solid.

Also think Caleb Martin under 16.5pts in gm 1 is a good bet as it'll be tough to sustain his play.

Well easy to say that now...

A lot of people thought Denver was a fraud as a #1 seed.

The perspective going then and now is mighty different.
I think a lot of people thought West in general was worse because of all the bunched up records, but teams like Warriors, Lakers, etc were better than the record and Denver coasted a bit.

Celtics were clearly a step back. Bucks are a little too old and still have some flaws (Allen in their starting lineup for instance). Then 3-7 seeds being chokey Philly, inexperienced Cavs, talentless Knicks, gutted Nets, defenseless Hawks

I thought that is why they brought in Crowder to take over for Allen in starting line-up eventually. Turns out he never saw the floor let alone started in the play-offs.

Still waiting on Giannis or Crowder to take their turn guarding Butler. Haha

I think Miami has a legit shot to win the series

You really think normally -1200? Seems a little rich

Denver is the better team but they are still flawed. They have zero rim protection and are just pretty average defensively as a whole

Miami will need to win the battle of "3-point variance" most likely, but I do think that's possible given Heat have a nice collection of shooters

Butler was also just on a special one that series. Was going to be hard for any team to stop

Lot of Martin's success was Celtics defense frankly

Guy would make one simple move and bust the Celtics defense or just get left open. He made a couple tough ones, but most was a product of just getting very clean looks and being in rhythm

Not sure Denver coasted.(if you mean got lucky on the teams they played) They swept a Lakers team that was really feeling themselves and many thought would win championship.

I still think Warriors were rated correctly. They were lucky to get Kings first round and still struggled going 7.

I mean they deserve the seeds they get at the end of the day. I more mean recrod.

I do think Warriors were a little better than their record, mainly because they did seem to have that early season hangover + no Wiggins + no Payton. They were a much better defensive team come playoff time

Lakers I mean were more than just a .500 team. They were a lot better after the trade obviously. Record more a reflection of the Westbrook portion of the year.

Coasted may be strong word but Denver really let their foot off the gas for the last couple months of the season. Maybe they were just genuinely struggling, but hard to see that now

Speaking of Kings---talk about ur mirage season.

The Fox/Sabonis tadem is so flawed its laughable. A guard that can't shoot and a big man that is terrible defensively.

Still couldn't put it together on road.

You have to admit beating the Kings didn't say much. They had a dream regular season for a very flawed team.(kings)

Oh stop

You would have laughed at LeBron if he was Tatum last night

Heat would have won no matter what
I can see why people find you so fucking annoying.

I may have laughed at LeBron in that case, but I wouldn't have said something as asinine, as LeBron spraining his ankle on the first play
of the game having no bearing on the outcome of the game.

Oh for sure, Warriors were simply not as good of a team in general compared to say, last year.

I picked the Lakers over them.

Put a 7 footer on him that moves like a guard and might have changed something. ;)

Bud is just soooo slow to change. I remember when he refused to play Giannis or Middleton over 35 min even in play-offs. He finally got over that one after a few years.

No bearing on outcome = wouldn't have mattered in terms of win/loss

Probably could have explained that better

You think Celtics lost because of that play?

Yeah Bud loved managing star minutes, no urgency in terms of letting your guys go in big moments

Just outrageous

That's clearly what you thought and stated previously after reading posts.
