Since Phil Steele/Todd/NC always state their records using ONLY those services which have won and chosen over VERY SHORT TERM time frames, ie
only that which makes the look far better than their lousy record and actually winning, I decided to give them a taste of their own medicine
using that which makes them look like the LOSING service they are.
I went back over the last five weeks(not counting this one as it is not complete), which were all losing ones and came up with the deficits.
Here they are working backward:
MINUS $1314
MINUS $419
MINUS $1300
MINUS $2834
MINUS $519
This adds up to an astounding MINUS $6386 lost in just five weeks at $100 a unit!!!
Thus if they should have a winning week this week(which seems like it is overdue), don't be impressed by any bs that Todd throws your way because
all it is going to do is make a small dent in the $6386 deficit unless of course they hit just about all of their Late Phones, which will reduce the massive
deficit a bit more.

No mention naturally that they have many miles to go before they can possibly makeup the five horrible weeks preceding it and the massive losses/overall deficit.

Although I concentrate on Phil Steele/NC only, I want everyone to understand that my intent. goes way beyond exposing NC for the crappy service
they are, ie for both their picks and scandalous manner in which they operate.
My hopes are that those reading my commentary will also by implication let people realize that lots of sports services do what NC does.
In fact, imo at least as far as the records go, the latter are far worth.
For example NC is usually around the 50% each year and yet has amassed around a 24k deficit in four years.
Thus try to imagine how much one would be behind if instead of NC someone had invested in another service which hits 40-45% of their plays(and there
are plenty believe me!).
As I see it, the handicapping industry is fraught with liars/con artists and just as importantly who can't "pick their nose" let alone the games right.
When you consider that some of these services charge a hefty fee for their services, the bottom line is to be careful and/for the most part just stay away
unless of course you like losing.
The other advice is that you do happen to get lucky with a service over the short term, for the most part don't hang around at the party too
long, because based on my following these services for over 40 years, gambling even longer than that, and knowing how gambling works,
in the overwhelming number of cases you will give back your profits and a lot more!

When I said that, I assumed that their only star rated play would be on tonight's game which would be of no consequence as far as breaking
the five week losing streak.
However that no longer holds as they had a 3* LOSER this afternoon on Marshall.
Thus instead of being up 5.9 unit going into tonight, with today's loss they are ahead only 2.6 units.
Now a 2 unit loss tonight or 2.2 units would not in itself put them in the red.
However I computed the cheapest cost of service to get all of the star rated college sides and
totals as well all of the star rated NFL Plays this week as 2.6 units, meaning that they will lose for the SIXTH CONSECUTIVE WEEK should the pick
lose.
Stay tuned for the high drama to see whether NC can finally for a week for a change. lol
