ARAG World Team Cup Round Robin - Red Group, Tennis
J. I. Chela (ARG) 20-May-2008 8:05 AM PST
Match Odds for Match -221
Risking 2,210.00 to Win 1,000.00 USD

22.1 units to win 10 units at pinnaclesports

Again not much time left before the start , had to wait for the previous match to finish to know the score , same odds as Kohlschreiber match and Chela must win this because Canas already lost to Blake so USA leads in this best of 3 series .

D.Young/M.Zverev vs O.Marach/M.Mertinak

My pick is O.Marach/M.Mertinak to win

Odds : -195

Bookmaker : 5dimes

3.9 units to win 2 units

I didnt want to bet on doubles matches anymore but I feel I just have to do it in this match and go with the home boys who are decent doubles players on clay courts against two clay court mugs who are both out of this tournament . Zverev just lost 7-6 6-0 to Sela few minutes ago .

Easy win for Marach and Mertinak in 2 sets , I will try another doubles match . Ginepri is HORRIBLE doubles player with 18-64 lifetime record + Fish horrible doubles player = both bad on clay courts . Ginepri just finished his 3 hours match against Ancic which he won 10-8 in the deciding set on the tiebreak . Fish got killed today by Kunitsyn 6-1 6-1 . Their opponents are decent regular doubles team .

From this page only you have won all bets except the stupid retirement of valulenko. What a great run, wish I was on it with you. I had odesnik+5 I think the line was damn. Missed Kohs myself.

Wake up a winner Brianiac!

Only one bet for me today probably . I fancy Tsonga to beat Simon today and Monaco over Ljubicic but will stick to this one.

ARAG World Team Cup Round Robin - Blue Group, Tennis

Start time : 04:05 AM PST

Nicolas Kiefer (GER) vs Dmitry Tursunov ( RUS )

My pick is Nicolas Kiefer (GER) to win

Odds : - 205

Bookmaker : pinnaclesports

20.50 units to win 10 units

Kiwi says he will need to win this match ( his official blog ) and is looking for as many supporters as possible to cheer for him. I am pretty sure he wont have to worry about the support because there will be many people in the stands . Kiefer blew leads in every set against Bolelli ( lost 6:7 6:7 ) , he should win it but Tursunov is not same level on clay as e.g Bolelli . I see a straight sets win for Kiefer today to tie this 1-1 against Russia after Kohlschreiber's loss to Andreev yestderday .

Tursunov was broken 9 times in his last two matches on clay ( 4+5 breaks ) against Acasuso ( terrible form ) and A.Murray ( not known as a good clay courter ) . I am pretty sure Kiefer will get many looks on Tursunov's serve today on russian's least favourite surface .

Might add 10 more units when pinnacle ups their limits however odds are at - 219 now .

ATP Casablanca Doubles

Start time : 06:45 AM

Cerretani J./Perry T. vs Montanes A./Ventura S.

My pick is Montanes A./Ventura S. to win

Odds : 1.70

Bookmaker : bwin + bet-at-home

5 units to win 3.5 units

Will try this one , Montanes and Ventura by far the better players here . I dont know much about their opponents but one thing I am sure about is that Montanes/Ventura are decent clay courts players with superios skills so even if Cerretani and Perry are good doubles players it will still be very hard for them to win this finals .

Tough loss mate,3k down the tube, have you tried anything in live play ?
I think with that kind of line 1.45-1.50 many upsets take place and then normally with that kind of line you can almost always get better line during live play if its not going 6-0 6-0 for one of the sides, normally if 3 sets, you can have better line on one if really like him or even at times get profit regardless of winner using BF for instance.would be much better imo than throwing so much in advance, limit your plays stake in advance, pound what in live play might be the right way to make up for it.better luck with the next ones and really sorry to see that loss today.

Wasnt able to do much there as Kiefer was always behind but almost made it up now taking Benneteau IN-PLAY vs Calleri after the second set . Calleri looks shot and ready to go to France .
Gotta make a list of players not to be on today , this cant go on like that with me picking some mental midgets .

What do you guys think about Nadal outright @ French Open , I really wanna go big on Rafa at 1.78 , surely Nalbandian or Almagro wont stop him and I think he will have too much for Novak in semis because this is perfect clay for Nadal + I can hardly see Novak taking 3 sets .

Great,Glad to hear you made some of the loss back quickly in live play.Take advantage of that opportunity more often and get even better lines at times when you get the feel and when one has the momentum on his side, way better than risking too much in advance at times for shittier lines and lower return even when you hit.As far as Nadal goes..don't think anyone can beat him these days and he already proven how mentally he even got stronger since last year.however for me 1.78 waiting over a week is little too long, can do more with that sum i would imagine during that period from day to day basis.Might be worth smmall shot laying small and backing on each stage, just a thought.good luck with RG what ever you do :103631605

I will give it another try , Soda looked very good so far winning all his match , he knows thats their only chance because there is no way Johansson will beat Andreev . Youzhny on the other hand is in terrible form and was lucky to pick up a win over not so well playing Starace .

Needed a win after a big loss . Youzhny is plain horrible , dont know how I could get those odds on Robin who won all his matches here so far against Blake , Berdych and Canas . That really was a gift . Too bad I missed that Monaco + 4 games yesterday and now I only see + 3.5 which isnt enough for me to take .

Istanbul Cup Final

Start time : in 40 minutes

Agnieszka Radwanska vs Elena Dementieva

My pick is Elena Dementieva to win

Odds : - 310

Bookmaker : pinnaclesports

31 units to win 10 units

This is finals so I am gonna bet more than I usually would with 2 women playing  . Had about same odds when I bet on Jankovic to beat the young Cornet in the finals and the serbian won 6:2 6:2 . I have a feeling Dementieva is too experienced and in better form to let this one slip . Elena came just short to claiming the title in Berlin against Safina but I think this is her tournament to win , she is the defending champion here . In the worst case I could possible see Dementieva retire if she is going to lose the first set and down in the second because of French Open but dont think Radwanska is in form to beat her .
