VAMOS NALBY!! He takes the first set!

He was up a break twice! Takes the tiebreak 7-5... Hopefully he'll run away with this now. Good luck bro.

Well atleast that parlay cashed .

Here is an early play I really like .

21 February

ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament Doubles

Start time : 10:30AM (EST)

M.Fyrstenberg/M.Matkowski vs P.Kohlschreiber/M.Youzhny

My pick is P.Kohlschreiber/M.Youzhny to win

5.5 units to win 5 units at 5dimes+betandwin

After they both lost in the single competition I tried to fade them in the previous round against a very good doubles team but german-russian duo rolled them in 2 straight sets . They are good friends and decided to team up again after they won a tournament in Munich last year on clay courts .
If they wanted to leave early they would just tank in the round before but it wasnt the case so I think they are here to stay and try to win the tournament .
Their opponents are from Poland and are also good doubles players . Most of their matches were played on clay courts but they also can play on other surface too .
Kohlschreiber and Youzhny are by far the better players on the court in this match and also can play doubles which isnt always the case when two good single players just build a team .

Interesting fact :

<TABLE><TBODY><TR><TD class=srf_i_hard>I_Hard</TD><TD class=Match_Doubles>Martin Damm/Pavel Vizner</TD><TD class=Match_Doubles>Mariusz Fyrstenberg/Marcin Matkowski</TD><TD>6-3 6-4</TD><TD>1/4</TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>

... so the polish duo lost last week in straight sets to previous opponents of Kolschreiber and Youzhny on a similar surface .

Betandwin already moved their odds but 5dimes still has same .

  • I could wait a little until the odds settle down but I do not see it going in my favour as most people will place their money on Haase in this match so I will be happy with early -175 line .

Preview from TennisInsight

Haase continued to enhance his giant killing reputation as he thrilled home crowd fans with a great win over one of the more talented and in form players on the tour in Andy Murray. Haase served particularly well, and showed good aggression on the return. He is still very young and tender and has some more work to do on his all court game, but he is really enjoying his tennis and loves to play up to the crowd. Berrer is a solid player who is the same height as Haase, and earns just as many cheap points off the big first ball as does the Dutchman. He is a lefty with a good single handed backhand, but does have a few glitches on the opposite forehand wing. The German is really up against it here with two big stats against him 1) Haase beat Berrer in a challenger in Berrer's home country 12 months ago after trailling a set when he was a real unknown, and 2) Haase has won his past four against lefties including 2 wins over Llodra and the big serving Dick Norman.

Man, I was pissed because I don't rate Fognini that highly. But, apparently he played awesome against Nalbandian, hitting some crazy winners. Nalby always makes it hard for himself though.

Good luck with Haase and LLodra!

Good stuff with Llodra , + 4 handicap was almost in and Davydenko retires :ohno:

Amazing doubles match . Koschlreiber and Youzhny won 7:6 7:6 but both teams served great and it was probably first doubles match ever without a single break . :103631605

like Acasuso to beat his opponent in straight sets today , they played this year already and Chucho won 6:2 6:2 but cant find any decent odds . Gamebookers has 1.55 but its too low .

Thx man .

1 more pick .

Copa Telmex. Buenos Aires , Argentina

Start time : soon

J.Acasuso/M.Hood vs L.Arnold Ker/S.Prieto

My pick is L.Arnold Ker/S.Prieto to win

4.25 units to win 2.5 units at 5dimes

Went 2:0 in doubles yesterday with both picks winning in straight sets , hope this one goes well too .
Acasuso with a very tough match against Andreev just few hours ago . Arnold Ker and Prieto are good doubles players especially on clay of course . Not sure about Acasuso trying very hard here , in my opinion he should focus on his singles competition instead of giving too much energy in doubles .

USA Parlay

SAP Open. San Jose, CA, USA

Start time : 11:15PM (EST)

Mardy Fish vs Andy Roddick

My pick is Andy Roddick to win

+

SAP Open. San Jose, CA, USA

Start time : 4:45PM (EST)

Guillermo Garcia-Lopez vs John Isner

My pick is John Isner to win

Odds : 1.95 + 1.91

5 units to win 4.75 units at pinnaclesports + 5 units to win 4.55 units at betfair

Cant see Roddick with problems at all against an out of form Mardy Fish , best he can hope for is not to get broken and force a tiebreak because I cant hardly see himself breaking Andy atleast once in the whole match .

Isner served well against Haas yesterday who is still handicapped after his injury and didnt play on his regular level but cant take anything away from the young american . Surprised Garcia-Lopez made it so far here but I see his run coming to an end today . At times he can serve really terrible with many double faults and this cant help at all when you are up against a huge server like Isner .
