Plenty of people agree with you, but I think it's a rush to judgment. Nobody has said he was a good QB yet, but he has shown signs of improvement before the bad game yesterday. He honestly played pretty well against NE. Yesterday he looked ineffective in all areas and made costly bad decisions. But he isn't the first to struggle so I won't write him off. I don't think it's smart to react based on one game.
Tim Teeblow will not start on an Nfl team next year unless he some how manages to grow a third arm that can actually throw a football.
seymour, how are you betting the Steelers/Broncos game?

With some of Quinn's performances for the Browns in mind, you might be right: Curveball might fit the description of his passes and he might connect more often with Polamalu than his own WRs....not sure how much of an upgrade he actually would be...plus it would throw a curveball at Pitt
I wasn't wrong about anything. This 4 year old thread was 100% correct. I said he'd play in the NFL for a long time, and he will. I said I didn't know if it would be at QB, but that he would get a shot at QB. So far I've been spot on.Illini dont ever bother coming into the forum to tell us how smart you are ever again.
I dont have a problem with someone being wrong about something.
Im wrong about things all the time.
But when you spend months making fun of anyone who disagrees with you and calling them stupid.
The very least you can do is come in this thread when your comments are proven wrong.
You were in here tooting your own horn 7 weeks in a row talking about how smart you were, and how dumb everyone else was.
So dont come in here with your I was busy excuse the next time Tebow completes 2 passes in a row.
Its one thing to be wrong. Its another thing to call people idiots every time someone disagrees with the great Illini.
And then to throw being a Christian on top of all that.
What a bad testimony.
You cant bet Denver - you cant play the OVER - and I'm not certain Denver starts Tebow - while far fetched Denver is only three games from the SB - the defense, special teams and running game together are SB quality - they would be letting down basically the entire team at this point putting the one legged Tebow on the field - plus it would throw a curveball at Pitt

As for your other comments, I have no idea what you're talking about. I've had a lot of fun with this thread but I didn't call anyone an idiot. A guy that nobody thought would take a snap won 6 games in a row and took a 1-4 team to the playoffs. That is fun stuff.
Big10 is an asshole and I went back and forth with him. My bad if you are looking for me to live a perfect life like Jesus did.
As far fetched as it seems the whole buzz about the Steelers destroying Denver reminds me of last years wildcard game in SEA: Almost anybody was only discussing how badly NO was going to blow out SEA and everybody wrote off the Seahawks before that game, too....
