I have a question regarding last years Super Bowl. At the end of the regular season, were both Oakland and Tampa Bay still on the list that could win the Super Bowl???

Bernie,

Tampa was the only one left. Oakland was out halfway through the season.

when does philly, ne pats, and indy come out of this list

you have no creditbility if you think these 3 belong in the list of no shots

all 3 are in a great situation to make a good run for the title

i would assume the denver loss to the bears was a strike, I don't think any team that lost to the bears has ever won a championship.

Here's two more teams that will not make it: Baltimore and St.L. These two teams are not very good as visitors. Doesn't your research show, that poor road performers cannot get to the Super Bowl?

the rams are not on the list, they still have a shot for home field through-out though. SANDIEGO is outdoors though.

P.S. Unless the Almighty FatBLOB is on one of these teams, then forget it. FatBob, a.k.a Captain Balloonhead, a.k.a Almighty Fathead are u on any of these teams??? The last time you had a winner was in World War 2 LMFAO....By the way, Purple Pussies last week, u get spanked, this week the Fairy God Mothers from AZ and you get spanked. Kid you will never learn. I guess ONCE A LOSER ALWAYS A LOSER!!!....

NewGuy,

Is this how you normally waste your time at 2:30 in the morning? Try getting some sleep so you can think more clearly.

3 weeks left. Could all three teams get eliminated, or if two teams get eliminated (maybe even this week) then the last one left is the winner even if it's after this week?? then it wouldn't matter what this team did the last 2 weeks.

Or no more than 2 teams can get eliminated this week. What are the possibilities. I understand only 1 team will remain. But is it possible to lose two this week?

And if it is then it wouldnt matter what the other 2 do the last 2 weeks.

I'm having fun following this thread. Win or lose it is rather interesting(but would be more interesting if we knew what actually was eliminating teams)....And IF it proves accurate we all may be into the BIG BILL$$$$.

Bernie

P.S. And to TheNewGuy go get your yo-yo and play with it and stay the hell out of this thread. We don't need your two cents. The thread was doing fine without you....

I thought it might be fun to take all the barbs from the thread and combine them into one expletive. So as nominee for Best Thread of 2003, here goes:

Loser. Get a clue, Lou. This is the goofiest, comical, goofy ass thread. Give it up, the list is terrible, lose it. The system is a joke, methodology is a joke. That makes this whole thread junk. Wacko. Big Bitch. I can see right through you.

It’s unfortunate that Kansas City vs. Minnesota won’t be a Super Bowl preview. But it sure will be fun to watch. Defense has been winning the big games lately, so I have to put my money on whichever AFC defense is playing best. Baltimore (on the list), New England or Indianapolis. I think Tennessee is slumping at the wrong time and they will not be able to get through the playoffs. Looking forward to your pick.

Good luck in the playoffs.
