I know its not a poll. Its some guy who apparently knows nothing about the NFL posting some crazy crap about Seattle and GB having a chance to go to the SuperBowl. Out of Seattle,Rams,GB,Dallas,Minny,Philly-----GB and Seattle are the worstof those 6 teams. And if you dont think so then I wish I was your bookie.

Again, I'm not interested in your opinion, or anyones for that matter. Start a poll if you want to know who people "think" is going to win the Super Bowl.

Big Lou,

I tried to stay out bud, but just can't do it. Question: Are you saying you "know" one of these teams will win the Superbowl, and that you will "know" which "one" will win after Week 17? If so, how the heck do you "know" that assuming Tenn. goes all the way like some think, they won't turn the ball over 5 times inside their own 20 on Superbowl Sunday? If you do "know", are you interested in a friendly wager either now (I take all teams that have been disqualified, and you take all qualifiers) or right after Week 17, you pick one team and I take the rest?

You ask my dumb ass and I think Eagles are looking a lot like the 2001 Pats right now.

Islander,

Eagles are out.

I will post the team that is going to win the Super Bowl before the first Wild Card game is played.

No opinion here, but how can Miami and Green Bay still be in the picture? Don't you have to make the playoffs to take a shot to win the Super Bowl.

I want to know how both of these teams even make the playoffs. Is Every team they play gonna lay down for the rest of the year.

captain,

I bet you would have scoffed in 2001 when the 5-5 Patriots were still alive on this chart. And look what happened.

Rich, you might disagree but you can't say he knows nothing about the NFL.

Lou: I understand exactly what you are doing. You set up a system by backtracking end results. From some of the comments on the board I don't think these guys fully grasp the theory and methodology behind it. How many years did you backtrack? Is your sample large enough?
I don't know how it will play out, although 1 poster may end up being correct when he said by the end of the season there will be no team eligible to win the super bowl. It will be interesting to watch. Plus I can't believe that NE is on your list and the Giants are off the list.

ESQAJM,

Check a little closer and I think you'll see the G-Men were added to the list after this past weekend along with the Chiefs. Good to hear from you man.

Lou, I think I could come up with a better list drawing teams out of a hat. Packers, Dolphins, Denver, Ravens? My god man have you seen one NFL game yet this year? Let me give you a list with a little intelligence behind it:

NFC-Eagles...Pathers...Rams...Seahawks

AFC-KC...Titans...Colts

Chuck,

I'll take history over your intelligence anyday. Good luck on your selections.

No mincing words there Lou.

winbet,

History does come into play here because football is still the same. It's a game of blocking, tackling and turnovers. You do all three better then your opponent and you will win.

Hey Louie, after the Dolphins and Greenbay lose this week can we put a big x on these 2 teams.Brian Griese, is he gonna go to the hall of fame.

Whose career is going to last longer Griese or Carr?

Hey Lou for next year can put the Falcons back on there with Vick and a new coach and a soft schedule and 11 victories?

i would like to know what on earth the Chiefs did to deserve an out in your superbowl contention. After you tell us who's going to the superbowl Nostradamus please tell us your parameters for selecting...or rather deselecting these teams.

Stewie don't buy into this.Stewie you want the super bowl winner or participant, just go to any of the teams that have not been in the playoofs for atleast 3 years.Lots to choos from this year--Vikings,Panthers,KC,Seattle,and and the Bungy Cords will ALL value to make you cash!

Stewie,

Show me the last team with as bad a rush defense as Kansas City has to win the Super Bowl. And there is more then just that by the way.

captain,

If Green Bay loses this weekend they will be out of contention.

Also, just because you don't buy into it doesn't mean it won't work. Keep an open mind.

Next year will begin with every team in contention to win the Super Bowl, Falcons included. If they knock themselves out, they knock themselves out.
