Detroit Tigers pitcher Montreal Robertson suffered an injury to his right shoulder in the weight room on Saturday. He was originally slated to pitch Monday vs. Florida Southern but will instead undergo tests over the next two days to determine severity of the injury.
Detroit Tigers pitcher Anibal Sanchez, who was diagnosed with inflammation in his lower triceps muscle on Thursday, remains on track for Monday. Manager Brad Ausmus said he is "feeling good" and will resume activities by playing catch and progressing from there. Still not clear, however, when he will be ready to return to rotation.
