Got my (first) withdrawal check today. The USPS messed up and forwarded it to my old address and then back again, without tracking it at all.

talked to live chat seems they are not giving tracking numbers anymore when and where your check is a mystery until you receive it. Although they told me both of my checks were mailed Oct. 30th.

Sportsbook sucks

I have 2 withdrawals pending from one of sportsbook's affiliates. One check I've been waiting over five weeks for. I was promised weekly updates just like many others here have reported but I've never received them. I contacted customer service by email three times last week and have yet to receive a reply. I called the toll-free number for customer support and was informed by a recorded message to call back between 9AM and 5PM EST. It was Noon on the West Coast when I called. I used online chat and was told that numerous emails had been sent to me and there must be something wrong with my email account. When I pointed out that I'd recieved other emails realting to my account from them in the past four weeks the customer servicece rep continued to insist that all of a sudden after six years some of the emails they were sending me--in a strange coincidence, only those related to my unfulfilled withdrawals--must be getting rejected by my server.

I reported many of these issues on this same forum a few weeks ago and had my account at therx suspended later that night after my posts relating to issues at sportsbook and its affiliates were deleted. I don't use profanity, nor do I make insults. That was disappointing, to be sure, but not as disappointing as the run around I'm getting from the book.

Applied for the above withdrawal method for some funds. Will keep this post advised on status. They (Sports.com) has sent an email on the other withdrawal requested Oct 3 and said "it was sent to the courier" We shall see
