Sportsbook.com is a sponsor here at the Rx.com. Any Rxer who experiences difficulties with a withdrawal at Sportsbook.com should email me at wilheim@therx.com with a CC to person19481950@yahoo.com.

Sportsbook.com is a huge sportsbook that pays it's players, the main problem is one many other books are experiencing which is getting courier delivered cashiers checks delivered to players in a reasonable time.

Every player who has emailed me in the last two years (since Sportsbook.com came on board) has been paid save for the 2 or 3 withdrawals that are being processed as we speak.

Regarding SBR, I advise you to ask them why they rate books the way they do.

Yes - both are owned along with at least half a dozen other books by Janzette Enterprises. I have never dealt with Sportsbooks.com but Sportbook.com is a sponsor here at The Rx.com that I have excellent contacts with.

Well its only been a month for me waiting without a response now. I requested only a $573 withdrawl on Oct. 1st and its still pending. Had my info cleared before I made the request.

I emailed Wilhelm a couple of weeks ago with all the info he asked for for players not getting a responce on their withdrawl, but I guess he's been busy with others since I didn't hear back from him or sportsbook.com

Deric, that's odd, Wil got back to me within hours and that was even before I had requested a payout. I had a related question for him. He's also responded to me several times since then. I would try e-mailing him again.

Wil, if you see this, I responded this morning to your yahoo account since that's the one you had been e-mailing me from. I didn't copy your other account, so just wanted to make sure you got it. No hurry on the response. Thanks.

Still waiting. Recieved word on Oct. 1st I'd have my check within 10-15 days. I called late last week and was told my check is likely taking longer than expected to it being sent via U.S. post.

Hope everyone else has gotten their checks...

Quick question - I note that Sportsbook offers an "express courier" option (or something like that) for an additional $40 fee.

Does this speed up processing AND mailing or just mailing. Obviously, it does not make sense to pay $40 and still wait several weeks (or months) for a check.

I still don't have my check requested on 10/9 but I guess it hasn't been 5 weeks yet. I am fortunate that I have run my account back up to $2,500 so I plan on doing a $2K withdrawal and want to see if the express option is worth it.

thanks for any info you can provide.

Well, don't everyone speak at once!

I've gone ahead and requested a 2nd withdrawal for a bit over $2,400 and have left very little in the account.

Quite frankly, I would have left most of my money on Sportsbook if I was confident about getting my money in a reasonable timeframe but since they have a problem paying people timely, I'm withdrawing most of my $$$.

So, October 9th request: "Processing"
November 3rd request: "NA"

Noticed my request amount was rounded down to the nearest dollar but they did not add the cents back to my account - that's 34 cents I'm missing!

As far as courier and the $40 fee. Back when they were paying me they money owed I'd always get my check sent via UPS/Fed Ex/DHL, but last I checked, if you requested a withdrawal once every 30 days (or is it one month?) the fee is waived. So, you should get your first withdrawal for free, if the rules are the same as I remember them. I wouldn't fucking know what the policies are now. I have been waiting for $2,485 since June 23rd and June 30th.

Funny, I remember clicking on express courier for my withdrawal request, as I always do, but I saw it is being delivered (?) via Post Office per the damn withdrawal history. Been waiting for this damn check since Oct. 1st.

Do they really expect anyone to put money back into their book after this?
I'm very patient but now I question if I'll ever see that money.

Hi all...I do not post but go on this site every day for the past 3+ years. I told Wilheim I would post the outcome of my withdrawal here, so for anyone interested in www.sportsbook.com, here is my experience for the past year. If you need more details about withdrawals, UseMyWallet (quicktender), you can email me directly or contact Wilheim as I will be happy to provide you with screenshots of my withdrawal transactions. This is just to give everyone who has funds here some peace of mind and for others like myself who really never post but want to get some answers.

Sportsbook.com pays...yes it is slow...but you will actually get your money. I have been burned in the past by two books, but I would rather wait a few weeks knowing I will get my withdrawal then to get one in a day or two, and worry about the company folding.

I have been with them since October 2007 and was lucky enough to withdraw twice in my first month. First withdrawal was for a check...maximum at that time was $2500. Requested check 10/07/07 and processed 10/12/07. No fee to express courier via UPS my check. I waited 2 weeks before receiving this first withdrawal. Emailed to find out status, and received prompt and courteous replies. Requested 2nd check for $2500 on 10/14/07 and processed on 10/17/07. Requested 2nd check before receiving 1st request. 2nd check arrived a few days after the first one via DHL. There was a $40 fee for this second request in the same month. Both checks cleared after depositing in my bank account, it did take 5 business days to clear.

Built up my balance over the next year and played on their poker site as well. Received an email from them a month or two ago regarding their UseMyWallet/Quicktender feature for withdrawals. Signed up after providing for the second time proof of identity (passport) along with a utility bill showing current address. Everything went fine and was signed up with the UMW for withdrawals. Requested $1780 withdrawal 10/14/08 via UMW. Request processed and completed 2 weeks later on 10/31/2008 and sent to my UMW account the same day. On 11/03/08, requested on the quicktender website withdrawal of $1750 ($30 fee for wire transfer to my bank account). I received the $1750 in my bank account today as I checked online and its sitting in my savings account. They say it takes 3 days to process a withdrawal and another 5 days for it to show up in your bank account. Mine showed up on the second day. Flat $30 fee for wiring into your bank account...no maximum amount as stated here in previous postings.

So, in about 3 weeks, I received my withdrawal from sportsbook.com to my UMW account, to my bank account.

If you need your funds immediately or sweat getting a payout, this is not the book for you. But again, I am one individual who will give my action here and hopefully will continue to receive payouts accordingly.

thanks to Wilheim who responded to my email about withdrawal questions the same day. He provided me a contact there but I did not even have to use it. They send you weekly email notifications on the status of your withdrawal. If you have the option to set up a UMW account for withdrawals, I would take advantage of it as checks do take longer. Hopefully everyone here has received their requests already.

Good luck to all and thanks for taking the time to read my posting...Art

Just wanted to keep everyone updated on my situation. Today is 3 months exactly since my initial withdrawal request, and still nothing. Website status is still listed as "processing request". I have tried everything. I've called them, e-mailed them, talked to Wilheim, and still nothing. If I ever do get paid, which I sincerely doubt, I will never put a penny back into this fraud of a sportsbook. I suggest you all do the same.

Atenia: Glad you got paid. I'm still waiting for my check that was listed as processed on Oct. 1st. Keep in mind this check is now the combined 2 withdrawals I requested on June 23rd and June 30th. Unreal.

Sportsbook.com was always slow, and I always got paid. I didn't mind waitnig 2 weeks. I was a little puzzled when a check would take close to 4 weeks but I didn't care as long as I got paid - it is play money. But now I wonder if I'll ever see this money. Extremely frustrating.

Unbelievably bad business on their part. It makes no sense not to keep in contact with those waiting patiently for a withdrawal, to help keep future business. I'm fully expecting to get screwed here.

IF...IF this check was process and then sent on Oct. 1st, even by snail mail, how the hell does it take over a month to reach my mailbox?

Update on my withdrawals...

I received the 2nd one I requested ($500) via DHL about a week ago.

The first one ($1450) was sent via USPS, but USPS says they have no idea where it is, and I've contacted sportsbook twice about it with no reply yet.

I truly think it's a USPS problem, but I fear I'll have to wait another 6-7weeks to get the check cancelled and resent. Just wonder why they were sent by different carriers?
