Ha, wish I had checked this thread out before I made my $100 deposit last month.

I sent in my documents which was confirmed in about 2 days which is good. I made a withdrawal request and received a confirmation e-mail dated October 9th. It says to allow 3-5 weeks for processing.

I will wait this time before I contact Wilheim.

I wish I had written the date down, but over a week ago I received a message in my 'inbox' at Sportsbook.com (can't access if from work) stating my check had been processed and I'll receive it within 10-15 days.

I just want my money and to be done with this. Have been waiting since mid June for this money.

Hello, my name is Patrick Morgan. How may I help you today?
You: I recently sent you an email and received one back saying it could take up to 5 weeks for my withdrawal to be processed, it this when I should expect to receive payment or just when it will be processed
Patrick Morgan: This is just for processing. Once processed the withdrawal takes 10-15 business days to arrive.
You: I made my first withdrawal on Sept. 28th which was 2 and a half weeks ago plus 5 weeks plus another 2 weeks so a withdrawal takes 2 and a half months?
Patrick Morgan: Between 4-8 weeks delivery and the 2 weeks for delivery.
You: wow that's a long time, so it could be 8 more weeks until its processed.
Patrick Morgan: That is correct.
You: I'll wait for updates through my messages thanks have a good night.
Patrick Morgan: You're very welcome.

This was the on-line chat with sportsbook.com after I sent an email after receiving several messages that all payments were being delayed because of a change of processors.

I recently started to bet on-line and read some sites that said sportsbook was a reputable site. I had no idea it would take 3 months to receive a check for a withdrawal. Have they always been this slow? Are they reputable? This is the first email I received a week ago.

Thank you for contacting us.
Apologies for the delay. This is due to a current backlog being experienced by our processing partners. I can confirm that you will receive your funds within the next 2-5 weeks at the latest. Whilst we’ll do our best to get your money sent out faster than this, there’s really no guarantee as our time frames highly depend on the volume of requests and our processor’s weekly capacity.
We are always here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email if you have any additional questions in relation to this or any other matter.
Kind regards,
Liam Grogan

As I wrote in previous post, unless you are really hurting for your money, it's best to just sit back and relax as you WILL get paid eventually. There have been hundreds of posters complaining of slow pay but all get paid in the end. Calling their customer service will drive you nuts and it usually doesn't help.

:smoking: new poster, hey guys i have been with sportsbook for years and have recieved previous withdrawals within 2 wks. i requested a withdrawal mid september, and after sending copies of driver license and bill again, i was told i would recieve money in 3 wks. it has been over 3 wks and nothing. i am starting to get very concerned. i did a search on line and there are people who have been waiting for months. my question is should i forget about ever receiving that money? i have since joined the greek sportsbook. i havent requested a withdrawl yet so i dont know if they have issues also. i guess this is a good reason to stop gambling.

Sportsbook.com is paying players every day Monday thru Friday and even some on Saturday depending upon the situation.

I have had several posters contact me for help recently that are now totally paid, one is partially paid and expecting his final payment within the next 5 days. Two others had to send in some paper work and they will be paid quickly afterwards

Remember, if you have difficulty with a withdrawal at Sportsbook.com or any other Rx.com sponsor I am here to help.

Simply email me the information (including account number and name on the account) at wilheim@therx.com and make sure you CC person19481950@yahoo.com to be sure I get the email at one of the two addresses. I will offer help immediately and stay with you until your problem is resolved as fairly and quickly as possible.

Without trying to sound like I am looking for a pat on the back, in the over three years I have been head mod here at The Rx.com I have assisted hundreds of posters with all kinds of different issues. I also guarantee complete discretion to all posters asking for help.

I never accept money or gifts for assistance. I only ask that posters I help remain friends of The Rx and try under no obligation and at their own decision to use our sponsors whenever possible. All assistance rendered by any of the Rx.com mods is completely free.

Thanks, wil. <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

Congrats to all that have been paid recently by Sportsbook.com. Quite an achievment, apparently. Received notice on Oct. 1st that my check had been processed and sent: expect 10-15 days for delievery. Well, here we are Oct. 21st and I'm still without the $2,485 they owe me. Sure, a little later then the 10-15 days as promised (?) but I've been waiting since June 23rd, June 30th for this money.

Just venting on a god damn shitty ass day. A special fuck you goes out to the Boston Bruins, Tampa Bay Lightning and Anaheim Mickey Mouse Ducks.

If I ever put money into Sportsbook.com again I deserve everything I get.
